***Official*** Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge Information Thread *** Contains SPOILERS ***

gggrrr, I'm 9:50 am.
I will now keep trying for at 10 am liquid lunch LOL
Thanks for letting me know.

You can get 2 drinks, so maybe order the first at 9:50 and they'll let you get a second one off the lunch menu after it officially begins at 10:05am? If they're more expensive I am sure they'll let you order!

Also you might not get in right away depending on how busy it is. Our reservation is for 9:55, but I figure by the time they let us in, get us to our table, and take our order, it’ll be 10:05 anyway. And that’s IF we get called inside on time.

I swear I read on another thread that they actually make all of the lunch/dinner drinks all day long but the breakfast options are limited to breakfast only. I have no idea if this is true but the person who posted seemed pretty sure of this. I believe it was in the restaurant sections Oga thread.

I understand this to be true as well.

Hi all! I'm booking fast passes for some friends staying offsite the second week of September. I must admit to being stumped on how to go about it. Since they are staying offsite, they aren't eligible for EMH from 6am to 9am. I'm assuming that they won't be able to get into Galaxy's Edge at 9am. Should I book their fast passes in the morning, and hope they can get into Galaxy's Edge later in the day with the virtual queue? I know that it's just speculative at this point, but thanks for any insights. If I should be posting this question somewhere else, please let me know. TIA!

It’s really an unknown. Personally I booked our FPs without really taking SWGE into consideration as I had no idea when I might be able to enter the land. If I get in and it affects my FPs i’ll Change them on the app. I chose AM FPs except for SDD as the earliest available for that even at exactly 7am, 60+3 was 5:50pm.

So I scored a Savi’s reservation. Does this guarantee me entrance to GE if the land is full? If a virtual queue is in effect do I need to get in it or can I just tell them I have a Savi ressie?

I would assume Disney would let me in because they don’t want to lock out anyone who came to spend $200!!! Lol

Managed to get reservations for Oga’s for the whole family on the 30th only problem is they are two people each 45 min apart (group of 2 at 11:45 and one at 12:30) what are the chances of them letting us in together? I am hoping since they said something about entering the back of the queue they would just seat us together?

You can ask but I wouldn't count on it, especially on the first weekend. Depends on how strict they'll be about crowd control and "seating" arrangements.

That is what I was thinking too we will give it a shot though! How long do people think they are gonna let us in before your reservation?

It says not to check in before 15 minutes ahead of time. I am guessing they will let you in exactly on time.

I was late to the party on finding out the ADRs were available. So yesterday when I went looking, the pickings were slim to none.

For Wed, 9/4, I managed to get an 11:10AM time slot for DS to make a saber, he will be taking his Dad in with him. So I assume since we aren't making sabers, me and DS's girlfriend will be waiting outside SWGE? My original plan was to be at the gate 4:30AMish to get in, but with the 11:10AM time is there a point to being there so early? I guess we can still go early and try to get into SWGE and then they can go back for their ADR time.

We also have a 6:10PM ADR for Olga's, we were suppose to have dinner at CG at 7:15, but I found a later dinner 9:10PM there and swapped it out. We will sure be looking funny dressed to go to dinner at CG standing in line on Batuu waiting to get into Olga's for our pre-dinner drinks, lol.

Opinions or ideas on making this not be such a long day? Should we forget the EEMH and just try and get in around the same time as the Savi ADR? There are so many unknowns and unfortunately being in the opening week we won't have much to look at for how things are being done.

I would still go for EEMH so you can ride the Falcon, shop, eat at the other Quick Services, etc. Then go around the rest of HS till their Savi res at 11:10am (where yes, you and girlfriend need to wait outside Savi's, NOT necessarily GE unless it's at capacity). Maybe you and girlfriend can go back to the resort and hang out OR walk/Boat over to Epcot and enjoy some Food & Wine Festival then head back to Oga's at 6:10pm. I would keep trying for earlier reservations for Oga's.

That is what I have tentatively planned on our SWGE/HS day, had H&V breakfast scheduled @ 8 but because of the silly issues with booking on the WDW web page, CC info/please wait/bla......I was able to get droid reservation @ 9:15 and in trying to reschedule there is nothing avail, so we are stuck with that but do have an open avail for BVA breakfast at the boardwalk, so I am leaning to eat there @ 730 then wander over to HS to SWGE at 845 or so and hoping that the reservation will indeed let us into the land......and hope the crowds are not silly crazy, will see what happens......good luck!!

I'm guessing your chances of everyone going in at the same time are slim. In 45 minutes time they could do a decent turnover and I'm sure they will have that placed packed :(

I have a friend who went to the previews, and he said at Oga's they might split groups up (i.e. assign them to stand or sit in different areas) if they have separate reservations.

If your reservations are 45 minutes apart one half your group will be leaving right when the other half enters. I doubt they will let you in together.
