Since it's sort of a standard thing on the DIS to announce the arrival of cruise docs - Mine arrived today!

Hey guys, Just wanted to let everyone know we got our Cruise docs today. Wow, now it is really hard to wait. I guess I better start packing, just kidding!

OK....I DID IT!!! Just got off the phone with DCL and I am paid in full!!!

Don't know what cabin yet as I am on a GTY. Now I have to find out if Aunt Jean has a state issued BC or a hosptial one. DCL told me it has to be state issued one or she is a no go. It is from 1919!!!

My hubby just called me at work and said our documents arrived!!!! WooHoo!!! I am really getting excited! It is getting harder and harder to keep this secret my stepson has no clue that we are planning all this for his birthday!

Yes....I asked her to read me the BC over the phone and it says that it is a state issued BC so she should be fine!! We are a go!! Still don't know what cabin....DCL said I will probably know when I get to the port. No big deal...I really don't care where I am.

This will my 9th DCL cruise and I am psyched!!! Already know exactly what I am packing....

We will be driving over to the port from Clearwater. I figure about a 2 hour drive. I will fly down Wed night from Newark into Tampa and pick up a car and spend the night with Auntie.

I want to be at the port early and get Auntie settled. She does not walk very fast and want to get her checked in and seated before the mad rush in the terminal.

Hey everyone, we just bought 5 new swimsuits and we can't wait to wear them.

I am having the hardest time finding any swimsuits in stores these days since all the fall stuff is out. I just ordered 4 suits online and can't wait until they come. I hope at least one out of the 4 fits properly!!!

Shari...also looking forward to meeting you. A friend of mine and her hubby may be joining us on the cruise as well. Hope she can work out the details.

Just finished booking a cruise on the 28th. Had to delay making our final decision until today!

Cannot wait - newbie cruisers - wife is scared she'll be seasick - 8yr old daughter cannot stand that it's 3 weeks away!

We'll be on Deck 7 - 7584!

I still need to make transportation arrangements from the Airport to the ship - ANY recommendations?? (Didn't use the bus for a couple of reasons.)

We also have late dining. I plan on getting to the port around 10:15 - 10:30 on the 25th. I am renting a wheel chair for my aunt and they will deliver right to the terminal!! I want to make sure I get there before all the huge crowds to find the person delivering the chair.

Starting to get some clothes together!!

Anyways - now that we are only 11 days out - I thought this needed a bump....
