Whoa jetblue released flights for the rest of the year. Now I can look at my return flight

I am in the same boat . Not only did EMH change, but we also have water park tickets and I noticed that the calendar as Typhoon Lagoon closed every day except our first day. If no more info comes out, I have to have a plan to start at Typhoon Lagoon instead of Magic Kingdom. Hoping it's wrong! We were planning three whole water park days and two half days during our stay. It's usually semi busy at the water pArks during this period so having one closes is definitely not ideal for us. Hoping it changes! If not, we will make the best of it and just be glad we are there

We will completely miss TL now which bummed me out, we had hoped to hit both water parks. Looks like we will just do one water park day now.

I was banking on the EMH morning on the 22nd, but it is what it is. lol. I am narrowed down to 2 different itineraries

I have it down to 2 as of now as well. A month to get it down to the perfect one before ADRs

So is anyone else having an issue picking best MK day now that PM-EMH are on Wednesday all month!
Monday is bad because it is the first day of week and everyone wants to start at the flagship park.
Monday and Wednesday are the only non-MNSSHP MK days we will have.
I have been enough that I can deal with it but my mom has never been and may never go back so we have to see wishes and MSEP!
Will Wednesday be the lesser of the two evils?

I had planned
Sunday 10/18 MNSSHP
Monday 10/19 Epcot Future world
Tuesday 10/20 AK and Ohana (sweet 16 birthday dinner this is her actual birthday)
Wed 10/21 MK Keys tour and our only Wishes/MSEP day
Thurs 10/22 Epcot World Showcase Food and Wine.


Now Wed is MK PM EMH and Thursday is Epcot PM EHM

The hours are out!!!!

Usually the hours for October are tweaked as the month gets closer. They have the Magic Kingdom closing at 10:00 PM on Saturday nights; Most likely the Saturday hours will be extended until at least 11:00 PM.

We're going the exact same days as you - even to the same MNSSHP. I'm banking on Wednesday to be our day to see Wishes too. I fear it's going to be crazy crowded though!

Yay - welcome to the FB group! We've gone this time of year before, but usually did our MK evening on a Saturday night. This time we're not doing MK on Saturday. This is the same problem we come up with each time, we're kinda limited, with MNSSHP going on so many days during each week (though MNSSHP is the whole reason we go, LOL)! We got stuck once on Mainstreet as the fireworks ended (plain old bad planning on my part) - OMG, it was insane!!! Hoping to avoid that this time

Hey everyone!! We booked our dates! Sept 29-Oct 8th! So excited! We got plane tickets back in February flying out of NY only cost us $700 for 5 of us. We have never been to MNSSHP so I can't wait to read up and hear about it! Anything a must see/do make sure to post!

If you have little ones who can hang in for the whole thing, then try to watch the second parade instead of the first. It's much easier to get a good location for it. Plus, you can enjoy rides or treat trails while everyone else is watching the first parade You can get in at 4:00 with your party ticket, so take advantage of the extra time if you can! Also, we do the character dance parties at the very end of the night. Many people have gone home by then so we have a lot more one on one time with the characters. This is also a great time to hit the treat trails one more time. They give bigger handfuls of candy (and you will get a ton that night)! Have fun. We love MNSSHP!!!!!

We decided to change resorts so we are now staying at VWL from 10/17 through 10/22 than switching to BLT. I have the last two nights on a waitlist for VWL and am really hoping it comes through before I make dining reservations so I don't have to call twice to make them.

Have you seen the news about the new restaurant opening up? It's a Jungle Cruise theme and they are saying it's set to open in November. There is speculation that it could open even sooner. I'm crossing my fingers it's open in October!

I am super excited! We'll be down there 10/29-11/2, so I'm hoping it opens up somewhere in that time frame.
