**Official October 2015 Thread** (New & Updated!)

I'm just wondering, is the Chase lounge only for Disney Visa cardholders or is it for any Chase cards? I do have a Disney visa, but I don't carry it with me all the time, if it is for Disney visa cardholders only, I will make sure to put it in my wallet so we can go to the lounge.

It's my understanding that as long as you have a Chase credit or debit card, you will be allowed in the lounge. I enjoyed checking it out last year. It's where the American Express executive lounge was once located (Amex sponsored The American Adventure when Epcot Center opened in 1982). There are great views across World Showcase to Spaceship Earth. Last year, they were issuing preferred seating passes to the Eat to the Beat concerts. Check it out if you have time.

Information for Walt Disney World October travelers:

The annual refurbishment of Blizzard Beach, originally scheduled to begin on October 25, now begins on October 4 2015, lasting through to January 2, reopening to guests on January 3 2016.


Refurbishments and Attraction Closures for October 2015:

Magic Kingdom

• Diamond Horseshoe – closed through at least November for refurbishment
• Liberty Tree Tavern – closed through November 21 for refurbishment
• Walt Disney World Frontierland station – closed September 29 to November 5 for refurbishment.
• Walt Disney World Main Street U.S.A station – closed September 29 to November 5 for refurbishment.
• Walt Disney World Fantasyland station – closed September 29 to November 5 for refurbishment.
• The Magic Behind the Our Steam Trains Guided Tour – not offered during Walt Disney World Railroad refurbishment.

Disney's Hollywood Studios

• Indiana Jones Stunt Spectacular – closed October 20-23 for refurbishment.

Disney's Animal Kingdom

• Primeval Whirl – closed through November 13 for refurbishment.
• Pizzafari – closed through October 20 for refurbishment

Disney Resorts

Disney's Coronado Springs – La Vida Health Club and Casitas pool closed for
