SHUT UP!

We're on AirTran now and they keep shifting our flights. We got good rates, but I'm going to check tomorrow to see if they reduce the rates and if they add another flight between ours and the 7AM flight, which would be ideal.
So I posted this on the other thread, but I'll repeat here. Yesterday I realized that with
MNSSHP on 10/23, which is the day we are getting to WDW, and our flight being bumped back an hour, our day in MK has been reduced to about 2-3 hours, much of that time being spent in CP for dinner. I don't want to do that. This will be DD3's first trip that she will be aware of (her first was at 10 months) and I don't want to take her to the place I know she'll love the most (MK) for dinner and 30 minutes of rides and then tell her we have leave at 7PM. It makes me sad that we can't do MK our first day there, but we can't swing another party on this trip, so the one on 10/25 will have to do. So my question is, what are your suggestions for our first day? Should I get rid of the park hopper passes and just do the resort or DTD that day? Or maybe try and get into Chef Mickey's? Everything is pretty booked up right now, so it would be lucky for me to get in anywhere to eat. I was really hoping for 1900 PF so I could cancel our Wednesday night ressie for there and have that evening open for MK since we'll be missing Sunday night now. Or should we go to Epcot and try and do another park instead? I don't want to do DHS or AK since it'll be a longer ride and she'll be wiped from the day as it is.
We should be getting to the Poly around 3:30 or 4 if our flight times stand as is. I'm hoping to get our bags into the room and then go to dinner somewhere close, then do what we want to do for the rest of the night until 8 or so until DD collapses from exhaustion. I'm not sure that's worth park hopper passes, but I also know removing one day from the 7 day package deal doesn't really take that much off of the price, so I'm not sure it's worth it.
Any thoughts?
