We have attended twice.
The first time we did everything we wanted to do in one go, but we didn't do any character meet and greets (didn't wait in line for anybody, just met whoever we found while strolling around collecting candy and having fun).

We did the parade, fireworks, trick or treat trails (some, not all), and rode a bunch of things and had a lot of fun.

If you are set on meeting every single character, riding every ride, doing every trail, etc, you might need the two days. Otherwise I'd stick with just one and just have fun.

The second time we did the party we arrived very late due car trouble on the way :sad2: we missed the fireworks and parade, I was sooo sad!
So this time we are getting in the day before :thumbsup2

We are also running the family Halloween 5K through AK the next morning, so that should be a blast. :cool1:

I think I can officially put us in this thread now!!!!!:dance3:

Looks like October 27-November 1~ Bonnet Creek ~

Glad to be joining the Oct 2011 Thread..

We will be there 10/15 - 10/22 at AKV... Love the fall and F&W :yay:

We will be there October 2-9. Staying off-site at Orange Lake. Will be doing MNSSHP on October 7th. DD will be almost 3, and it's her first time going to the World since she was a baby. I'm so excited!

Another food question: I justed book Mickey's BBQ:banana:, been debating about this because it is 2 meal tickets. :thumbsup2

So I a wondering how is the food? I know the kids will love the show but curious about everything else.:confused3

My favorite meal when I go to the World for sure! Food is very good and the entertainment is great! Ribs, chicken are both very tasty!

Just found out yesterday about my very first fall visit to WDW and F&W!! Can't wait :woohoo:

October 14 - October 21 at the Contemporary :goodvibes

Just booked the Pirate and Pals Voyage for Oct 2 -- Hope it is good! It is getting close!

My husband and I, will be taking our daughter's boyfriend to DW to visit her while she is a CP. I really thought I was the only one so obsessed as to be planning so early. I am as excited to go to DW as I was my first trip DL in Anaheim. I grew up with DL, at least once a year, but this is my first trip to DW. :banana:I feel like a child!

happy father's day to all pirate:pirate:

i know that weather is a fickle element in all vacations and i don't expect anybody to be able to correctly forecast the middle of Oct weather (specially in the middle of June), but i am curious as to what the average high and low for the week of
Oct18 - 26. Everything i have read says high's of 85; is that correct. Just trying to figure out if I need a shopping trip to find some cute tank's.:rolleyes1
