We will be there for a Grand Gathering from October 5th through the 10th celebrating my 40th, DBIL 50th and DNiece 21st at the WL! This will be our 1st Food & Wine Festival and we are very excited!

We are also going in October - the 15th thru 21st. It will be our first fall visit, our first F&W Festival, and our first MNSSHP! It will be DH's first time staying in a hotel on property (we'll be at All Star Movies). So excited!!

If you've already been on the phone with them for other things, haunted carriage reservations, etc., would they not tell you unless you asked? Just curious.

no idea, you would hope but I would be calling and not taking that chance if there was a savings I could use............. turns out I can't use it anyways, its not enough of a benefit to my trip still keeping fingers crossed for FD now

FINALLY!!! I am going to Disney for the first time ever. My DH and I are going Oct 12-21. We will be celebrating our Anniversary of 13 years together. We are both excited and can't wait. Let the count down begin!

Yippie! How exciting! We will be there at the same time for our first trip AND we are in our 13th year together too! Granted, we have the kids with us on our trip...so we are gonna be doing a few different activities while we're there

hello and happy Saturday hope everybody is having a great weekend. I have been playing around with airfare and have found Delta to have a pretty good deal but our flight leaves MCO at 7:15 am. What time would we have to catch the shuttle to the airport?

It's normally 2 hours and 45 minutes before your flight time so around 4:30?

ME usually picks you up about 3 hours before your flight time.That being said you will need to carry your luggage with you on ME and check it once you arrive at the airport.

I called ME to inquire about and early flight before booking it and was told that since RAC does not open until 5 am and you have to check into RAC at least 3 hours before your flight and up to 12 hours max before your flight it would not be possible to use RAC on an early return flight.
Rac is normally open from 5am to 12 or 1 I forget now for sure and since the closing time the day before is more than 12 hours you have no option.

I booked a later flight that was available since I like the convience of the RAC system

I've been lurking in this thread and can finally add my name to the trip list! DH and I want to take our 2 year old son before he turns 3. DH is a HS band director, so this will be our first family trip without 100 band kids. I'm so excited! Our dates are October 16-22nd. We will be attending MNSSHP either the 18th or 20th. Halloween is my favorite holiday so I'm really excited. DH has even agreed to dress in costume! DH and I will be red and yellow crayons, while DS will be an orange crayon. Add me to the list hoping they extend FD or we get a PIN. I called today, but there was nothing on our names. I ordered custom maps yesterday, hoping to give us a shot in the dark of bumping our name up for the PIN fairy.

The only thing I might worry about with them is what the temp will be the evening you are doing the party. If the temp is on the higher side, depending on the costume, it may get a bit warm for them.

I plan to order them when the orange is available in July. If they are too hot or uncomfortable, we can change to something else. The reviews so far say it is thin material and comfortable. The costumes are sleeveless tubes that hang from the shoulders, so hopefully plenty of breathing room. And if it happens to be chilly, we can add something under it.
