Oct 15-23 at Pop...looking forward to it. Looks like no discount this year.

I would bet they come out with Fall discounts by August. Remember the current discounts run through mid-August, so they want people to take advantage of that one first.

There should be discounts coming out next month or possibly in August. My family will be at POP Oct 14-23! Hoping for free dining, but anything will do. We're going as planned even if no discounts come out, but it would sure be nice to get one!:rotfl:

DH and I are going on our first trip to WDW for our 13th Anniversary. We will be staying at POP Oct.12-21. I am so excited I can't stand the wait! :woohoo:

Hope so but with Food and Wine not sure. There is a discount until oct 1st. Were are getting an AP, so maybe there will be a discount here. Just called AP discount is only listed up to Aug.

Southwest has dropped a ton of fares-our return flight is now $80! Trying to get it changed now...

ETA: Quote from another thread "Southwest is actually running a promotion for 72 hours only! Fares must be purchased by June 23. $40 one way for flights 0-450 miles, $80 one way for 451-1250 miles, $120 one way for 1251+ miles.

Promotional rates not available for flights on Fridays or Sundays!"

I just saved $120!

Just talked DBF into a two day/1 night trip Oct 26 & 27. Gonna stay at any value that is open. Hopefully POP, not huge fan of the the AS resorts. We have Seasonal AP's and TIW. Planning on hitting F&W and EPCOT has EMH on the night we are staying over!!

Love living an hour drive away from WDW!!

I just subscribed to Touring Plans and the crowd calender for mid October looks great!!! I've never been to Disney in the fall and I'm excited for the low numbers. :cool1::woohoo: Who's with me?

:woohoo:Me!!:woohoo: :rotfl: We went to WDW in March of this year and hit Spring Break crowds. It was 10/10 crowd levels almost the whole week. I'll be in heaven with anything under 5. :cloud9: :dance3:

Just got an e-mail from Disney reservations (no it's not a pin) my great DH upgraded us from POP to the Caribean. I have been talking about it kind of hinting that it would be nice but never thought it would happen. Thank you Jeff.

How cool is that!

My DD just decided that she will join us on the trip! Now, my DH has said that he only wants to go to a park once, for F&W, and then spend the rest of the time golfing or at the resort. That was fine with me. But now that DD is coming, too, he'll want to stick with us a bit more than if it were just me. ;) So I went ahead and bought a 4 day hopper from UT for him, still at the old prices! And it's even discounted from the old prices! :cool1: Now he doesn't even have to know how much it costs to get into the parks! I think if he had seen how much it cost to upgrade from 1 day to 2, he'd have balked at the price. Now he can't - it's already paid for!

Hi.

We are going to be at the world and F&WF this October 2-7.

Now I have to go back and read.

Forgot to say that we are BCV.

We'll be joining you all in October! October 6-15 (though we're starting our trip at the Hard Rock Hotel on the 5th) at AKV.

That is really cute!

You are talented.

another food question:
I have ADR's for the brown derby in hollywood studios, i have spent the day resting and relaxing and reading the dis board and have found very little on the Brown Derby is there a reason for this? I am just curious if maybe it is not worth a 2 food credits, thoughts please.

This is my first post on here. We are going to WDW october 15th - 29th 2011 we are staying off site at the Grand Beach

Oh you will love it. :thumbsup2 We were easter/spring break visitors until last October. There were days when we thought we had missed the evacuation siren :rotfl2: From 9s and 10s to 5's was quite a jump!

It depends on what you order. We ate there earlier this month and had the noodle bowl which was relatively inexpensive. We ate at coral reef also and our bill was exactly the same. We use TIW and didn't have dessert.I would check the menus and see what you think you might order and that will help you decide. We have eaten there a couple of times and whatever we ordered was very good
