Does anyone know how close to your arrival date you can add trip insurance? We currently don't have it and have never had it in the past, but all the hurricanes are making me wonder if we should add it. What is everyones thoughts? What are you doing?

We added it when we made the final payment. AAA TA made it seem like you had until the 45 day final payment date to add it. Not sure if that's exactly how it works.

I'm getting my Dharma order together so we can get our tie dye Mickey shirts done. Wow, shipping is expensive. I also found that the kit cost more than ordering things separately. Biggest problem though, deciding which colors to get! My head hurts and I still haven't completed the order because I'm afraid I will change my mind. :rotfl:

:dance3:we are at 36 days :dance3:

today is my DD last day of summer vaca....starts middle school tomorrow!

think we are going to decide which disney shirts to bring today!

Happy last day of summer to your daughter! You have some amazing Disney shirts. I don't have a single Disney shirt, but the rest of my family has plenty.

I don't know how close to add trip insurance. But maybe this site will help you decide one way or the other. It has comparisons of hurricanes from 1971 to 2009.

:scared1: not even a Tink one :confused3 that is just so wrong...you'd better buy yourself one girl!

We are on the Mickey Mail watch now.

Ooo yeah! We are officially on the Mickey Mail Watch!:cool2:

Happy dreary PA Tuesday everyone! I don't know how the rest of the country is, but the Mid-Atlantic is blah. Like we need more rain!

47 days for us! OMG! OMG! OMG! Almost at 45. I think when we get to 45 I'm gonna have a mini-meltdown! Too. Much. Excitement!!!!!!! :hyper:
Definitely cool here in the midwest! But at least yesterday and today have been sunny.

Unfortunately too many things are getting in the way of our Disney Excitement....:sad2:

Last week DS13 had a full-arm cast put on - he had a fractured growth plate in his elbow from pitching this summer.
And today DS10 had to see the Doc and is now in an immobilizing boot because he broke a bone in his foot!

Arrggghhhhh These BOYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:headache:

It is so exciting to see the numbers getting so close! We are at 39 days today! And the beautiful weather is making me so ready for fall. I'm ready for the leaves to start changing and to go pick pumpkins!
Ahhhhhhhhhh! Fall!!!!!!!!! I just LOVE fall!!! It's my favorite season!!

I ordered colors separately too (not a kit) so I have ALOT of Dharma dye!
It is very hard to narrow down which colors to buy - but it's just TOO FUN!!!
If you need any suggestions or help with dye colors, just let me know.

:scared1::scared1: OMG! Are they both still going to be in the cast/boot for Disney?? Ugh, I'm so glad I had a girl! I don't think I could take the rough and tumble of boys! At one point all I wanted were boys, but after having Katherine a little later in life, I think I'm happy with just one little princess!!!!

So sorry to hear about your sons and their casts. I hope they both heal quickly.

Are you going to rent a wheel chair for your trip or can DS10 put pressure to walk on the cast? Crutches can get very irritating under the arm pits.

Just looked at EasyWDW and TP again. Looks like F! is being offered on most nights in October which has changed the crowd level predictions a bit.

Yes - I am so bored that I just did a spreadsheet with each days crowd levels and recommended parks from each so that I could see where they were the same and where they were different. Color coded and everything!

There is, obviously, something wrong with me!:lmao::lmao:

OK - your boys sound like me all by myself when I was their ages! At various times I have broken at least one thing on every limb. :rolleyes1

I hope they are all better before Disney - sending you some pixiedust:

Hi finally joining in on the October fun!
sent a PM to be added!

a bonus trip for my DD Megan and I!!
we are staying at POFQ 10/13-10/21 and attending MNSSHP on 10/18
We are there 10/14-10/22 and also doing MNSSHP on 10/18!!! :thumbsup2

We'll be at POFQ at the same time. I think I've said that before, but it was several pages ago (or on the other Oct. thread!) and I've slept since then! We are also going to MNSSHP on the 18th. :cool1:

We are so excited! This is only the second trip for the kids and the last trip was over Easter. It was so crowded you could barely move - I'm hoping Oct will give us a little breathing room!:rotfl:
woo hoo- another 10/18'er here too! There should be a good group of us for the party that night!

Awww thanks everyone! :grouphug:
The boys will be fine and should be out of their casts before Disney. In fact whenever they get sad and mopey about their physical constraints, I remind them that they're lucky! At least they weren't injured during the heart of summer/baseball season, during our trip to Myrtle Beach in August, or for our upcoming trip to Disney - now THAT would be something to mope about!!!:rotfl2:

I have about 25 days and I havent received anything yet. I wonder if I even will. I have a room and transportation booked from the airport. Does anyone know if I am even suposed to get anything?

I need to learn how to make spread sheet. We just got Office 2010 for my son who started taking some college courses, so I have it at my disposal to use!

What is your plan when the two conflict? I've started following EasyWDW because it seems more people are following TP, sometimes doing opposite of TP works. Where I really LOVE TP is for their mobile app for the lines!!

Awww thanks everyone! :grouphug:

That's great that they will be out of their casts by Disney!!

Egads! The WDW website is now reminding me that on October 5 I can save time, skip the line and check in online. That wasn't available on our last trip and it's freaking me out that time is flying by. I still need help figuring out what to do about DD's costume. You should totally read my last post of my PTR to help me. :rotfl: I think I'm going to set up a chocolate fountain over there to get more people to stop by.
