Yes I think so. Also, You can probably get in a few minutes early if you tell them you have an ADR.

We're in IL, but DBF has family in Pewaukee & Hartland. When we flew AirTran in May to Cali we headed up to MKE because prices and times were better there. The same was not true for Oct for either SW or AirTran - less times available and fares were higher. So we're also flying SW out of Midway on the 22nd also. What time is your flight? We leave at noonish, have a stop in Columbus, OH then get to MCO close to 6p. I wanted earlier flight times or 1-way but this worked best to take advantage of the SW $80 sale from last month. I think we leave MCO 11a-something on the 29th.

When I was pricing flights several months ago AirTran was cheaper, even considering bag fees (depending on how many bags needed to be checked). The times were also better - nicer options to get to WDW earlier on day 1 and leave later on the last day. But I kept waiting hoping for something better and was able to take advantage of the SW sale (that I mentiond above).

I think Thursday many of us can hop on here and do the Double-Digit-Dance -- can't wait :cool1:!

What a small world! We live technically in Delafield but our address is Pewaukee and our kids go to school in Hartland:rotfl2: We are flying out of MDW on 10/22 on the 10:40 non-stop to MCO arriving at 2:10. We were originally booked on your flight at $117 but a week or so ago the nonstop flight dropped to $135 and it was CHEAPER to buy that flight than keep your flight and buy EBCI (because its only 2 airport taxes instead of 3). Our return flight on 10/29 has one stop(in Greenville/Spartenburg) but no plane change. We will probably see you in the airport. What resort are ya'll staying? We will be at CSR,

Just got done with one of our fun things planned for the summer, seeing Sugarland at Summerfest.... It was AWESOME!!! Love them! :cloud9:

Does anyone have a link to the October ADRs page? The link on the first page of this thread isn't working for me :confused3

Last i knew it was the top of page 30 however i did see an updated one more recently..not sure the exact page

It's always updated on page 30! :thumbsup2

There may be a few recent ones I haven't added yet...I'll have to go back through the last few pages and see what's been posted.

Eugene will be appearing with Rapunzel at MNSSHP!:thumbsup2

YES!!! :cool1: That works out perfectly!

we have told DD and DS when and where we are going - they love to help plan. But we are surprising them with an upgrade to CBR. Also we decided to upgrade to the deluxe dining plan. Both kids think we are going to disney without any character meals. But oh won't they be surprised when on the first night we seat down at CRT (okay DS won't be thrilled but he wil enjoy it). During the whole week i have character meals planned for breakfasts then a nice meal (2 pointer) for DH and myself to enjoy. The kids will have to color and play there video games while i have a nice fancy meal.

That'll be a fun surprise! I loved CRT! I thought the castle itself was the best part of the meal!!

Doing the double digit dance this morning.:cool1::cool1:

:cheer2::cheer2::cheer2:

So on a less cheery note (I know, I'm a bummer!! :sad1: ), has anyone heard the news of Disney stopping the monorail for evening EMH on the 17th? This apparently includes parties and I'm none too happy about that. We can take the boat, so hopefully it won't be too crowded, but the monorail is the reason we shelled out half our life savings for the Poly (ok, maybe only a quarter, but still). Dragging a sleeping 3 year old out of a stroller onto a bus and trying to get her back to sleep at the resort is not my idea of a good time. Luckily for us it'll only be for the party because I can't see us staying for evening EMH any other time (although I am meeting friends for F&W on our last day there), but I know a lot of people over on the Poly thread are PISSED! I'm sure the Contemporary and GF threads are lit up too. Changes for sure where I'll stay next time. Plus I hear they are doing work over between GF and the Poly for a new DVC. I'll go back to AK or over to FW if that's the case. MUCH cheaper!!! :thumbsup2

Hi all! I am a DIS newbie and don't even have enough posts to do a PM, but I want to jump on the October train.

We are going 15-22 and staying at POFQ. This will be our first time at POFQ and only our third trip. We are so excited! (OK, I'm more excited than anyone - including the kids)

Me too and I still haven't gotten anything done. Although my cold is real (I don't know if yours is - sometimes I take mental health days, you know), so it kind of gets in the way sometimes. :(

Your plans look good. We will there there almost the same dates Oct 19-Oct 25.

I have only planned AK and DHS for 1/2 day each then I have a free morning our last day so if we want to go back to either. I always plan for more time at MK since I just find I like it more and we never seem to stay at AK for more than a few hours as it always seems more crowded and hot.

Your reservations are great, but the times... I don't think I would have chosen them. Personally, I think your breakfast are to late - getting to the breakfast before RD is great because you get to walking into the park before anyone else. Its a great time to take pictures without 10,000 people you don't know in them.
For your dinners, some of them are very late. This is fine, depending on the ages of your kids. If you know they need to get to bed early, then they may be to late... But if you know your kid likes to stay up late, then you'll be just fine. Just a thought! We will be there the last two days of your vaca - Have a good one!!!

i would love to get some earlier breakfasts but as of today those were the only openings. And the late dinner at Teppon Edo is because DH will be scuba diving until 7:30. Hopefully some earlier ADR's will open up.

Congrats to the new single digit-ers!
I am at 101 today! Only 2 to go til I can do the single digit dance, too! :dance3:
