:cool1: we leave in the morning too! Can't wait - well not for the 7 hour drive but to be there - finally - we booked in Feb. One night at ASSP then onto YC. DS wants to eat dinner at EOS tomorrow night so hoping for no traffic.

We are staying at POR and eating at Brown Derby tomorrow night.

So Jealous!!!:lmao:

Have a great trip!:goodvibes

Thanks! :goodvibes

We are getting so close! Happy travels to all of you departing in the next few days.

7 hours isn't toooo bad. Lol well at least not on the way there, the way back I'm sure will suck. :(

But have fun everyone that's leaving today/tomorrow!

I can totally relate to keeping secrets being difficult! I've been planning our room decorating through Gifts of a Lifetime for quite awhile and haven't breathed a word of it to either my Mom or Sister. All I can say is they better be impressed, because I am TERRIBLE at keeping my mouth shut about things. Terrible.

Our Poly room is getting Halloween decorations during the day of the 30th while we are at Epcot. There's also gonna be some snacks and a custom banner! Arrrrgh it's driving me crazy not saying anything!

Ques. on this year's MNSSHP: For those that have been in years past, how would you compare the newer villians mix show to the older one? Malifacent isn't starring in the newer one, so I'd like anyone's opinions plz!

For all those leaving this weekend, have a great time! :yay: I keep reading the posts for everyone who is leaving and thinking, "I can't believe people are leaving already!" And then I have to stop and think wow - we're at the end of October! It's OCTOBER! I have to remind myself of it all the time! :rotfl:

16 more days for us! 2 more weeks come Sunday! 10 more work days! The last week will be filled with appointments to get ready (pedicure, eyebrow wax) and last minute shopping trips to make sure we have everything, so I know that week will not necessarily fly by, but at least be busy. This upcoming week I have an endoscopy scheduled to confirm my Celiac diagnosis once and for all (formality - I've tested positive for the genetic marker and the antibody tests), so that takes care of one day. (I'm sure you're all better for knowing that, right? :lmao:) Anyway, I have enough to keep me busy for sure!

We're going pumpkin picking and hay riding this weekend to take advantage of the nice weather here in Southeast PA. Us and everyone else, I'm sure. Oh well, it'll be good to be out. It's the only time we have to do it because next weekend we have stuff to do.

Everyone chant your own countdown with me - 2 more weeks! 2 more weeks! 2 more weeks! (wow, that was loud and unintelligible! :lmao::lmao:)

Have a great day all!!!

I'm sorry, my singing/chanting voice is pretty grating. Maybe I should try auto-tunes.:rolleyes1

I'm pretty excited and I can't tell anyone at work, so I come here to dish to all of you :goodvibes

We have 3 different medical groups in the area that as of this year all have competing outpatient practices. I work in pediatrics. One opened brand new this year and the pediatrician I worked with left to go open her own practice with the competing group with which I work now(were you able to follow? I may have confused myself even, lol). She asked me to go so I applied.

I had an interview a couple weeks ago and hadn't heard anything. The dr and I have been emailing me back and forth. Yesterday she emailed me and said I should be hearing today. Today she emailed me and told me that the clinic manager was speaking with the head of the medical group to see what kind of a package they could put together for me!!! I work in a position that isn't entry level, it's one step above, but it's not professional(I'm a medical assistant). Normally we don't get offers put together, you get the entry level package.

Carleen said that they really want me so they are going to try really hard to get me to come! :cool1: I am having a bit of a hard time since I work at my kids' pediatricians office and they have been here since birth(almost 13 years now!) and they won't be able to continue coming here. But I am feeling pretty awesome that I'm getting a package offer! I'm very loyal to where I work, but being asked to consider going made me kind of second guess things. Especially with our recent law changes and working for a state system but yet not working for the state and still having my retirement and health care contributions change.

We will see what happens when I run the numbers next week! I'm very fortunate to have a great job now and work with people I love. The girls' pediatrician is all buying us lunch today which is kicking in the guilt factor of thinking of leaving.

That's such great news!!! :cheer2: It sounds like they're really pushing for you and that's so great to hear!!! Good luck and keep us posted on your decision! :thumbsup2

That's awesome! Except for changing your kid's pediatrician (wow, is that a hard break up!), but if it's for the best, do it! Especially if it get's you away from all this Wisconsin job drama.

Only 6 more days for us!!!!! :cool1:
19 days left for me !!!!!:woohoo::woohoo::rolleyes1:rolleyes1
5 more days!!!!:dance3::dance3::dance3:
Hi everybody! Celebrating single digits with a little Creepy Guy:dancer:
Woot Woot for all our dwindling countdowns!:woohoo:

Awesome news, Tricia! :thumbsup2

4 more days for us.:dance3: Now if only the weather looked better. :( Man I am so bummed about all the rain. I just hope it changes between now and then. This is my kids very first WDW trip and I want it to be perfect. I don't mind a little bit of rain, but every day just blows. :guilty: I'm sure the weather is bound to change a bunch of times between now and then, so I will keep trying not to be bummed.

My girls (9 & 8) are over at their friends house spending the night tonight. The friend's mother is a my friend and she's also a hairstylist. She's dying the tips of my girls hair. They were so excited to have it done. :goodvibes My 8yo blondie is a huge lover of pink, so her tips are, of course, pink. My 9yo dark brunette had her tips bleached and we'll be putting either purple or blue in tomorrow. I didn't have time to get the dye today. Of course we squeezed this in today so they'd have it done by our trip. This trip is a surprise to my kids, so they didn't know why I we were shifting schedules to get them together, but they were super excited none the less. So if anyone is there the 11th-18th and sees 2 little girls with colored tips, those kiddos mine. Stop by and say hi to us! :goodvibes

We leave in 5 more days:cool1: I am not worried about the rain forcast. It rains in FL all the time. Most of the time it's a brief shower and moves on. They had rain forcasted for the 16th and now it's partly sunny. Oh well if it does rain there are always rain ponchos!

Cool! I hope you get it!

I have Celiac disease also. It's not that bad. I manage it through diet. It has been a quiet month thankfully but I used to have bad episodes about 2-3 days a week before. I do my best to avoid gluten but I haven't gone completly gluten free. It's really costly. I do Weight Watchers also and am being more conscious of what I put into my body too so I guess that helps.

In 1 week from right now, I'll be packing the car!

I've been following WDW weather on twitter. Those traveling down now be careful! Sounds like serious storms this weekend. Possible tornado threat on Sunday!
