****Official November 2025 Thread****

This will be our first Thanksgiving trip. Who has been that week and has any advice on crowds and how best to arrange things? I'm trying to figure out how to take advantage of holiday parties, EEHs, and LLMP (maybe splurge on premier pass at MK and skip MVMCP?) to lessen the impact from the high crowds but also not completely blow the budget. We are staying at Kidani and will have a car rental.
IF
MVMCP 21, 23, 25, 26, 28
JW Nov 22, 24, 29

Then (frontrunner plan C):

Nov 21 Fri Travel
Nov 22 Sat MK full day (LLMP)
*can’t convince extended family last day of food and wine festival is worth a visit in am
Nov 23 Sun AK (LLSP FOP)/MVMCP?
Nov 24 Mon Epcot am hop to MK (LLSP Tron)
Nov 25 Tue MK am (LLSP SDMT; hop to HS (shows+Hollywood & Vine dining package)
Nov 26 Wed MK am hop Epcot (LLMP)
Nov 27 Thur HS (with LLMP+LLSP ROTR)
Nov 28 Fri checkout Topolinos breakfast - start of Epcot festival of holidays (will miss again)

EETPH extended evening theme park hours - we’re trying to avoid pm - Mon@Epcot; Wed@AK (your plans may need to be rearranged if staying at deluxe)

Also, if staying at AK I wouldn’t use the car going to AK. The bus is pretty efficient going to AK but not to other parks. I would definitely utilize early entry for AK. We loved the AK extended evenings this past Dec and rode 4 rides (FOP twice).

Pool/kids splash area at AKL is excellent but hot tubs can have people in them for hours.

We stayed at AKL post Covid and bus service was very slow 40 min wait; no times updated on the screen; but we’ve also stayed at the Poly where we got stuck behind buses at GF and it took 1.5 hr to get to HS (one bus for both resorts; deluxe should have dedicated buses).

We just switched resorts from Poly to AOA Nemo mainly for the 1 bedroom setup and ease to Epcot/HS (Skyliner is not recommended during the rainy summer months but is great for Nov/Dec). Dec had one sudden downpour and something happened on the monorail and we were stuck on it for 2 hours and then scrambled to get to Boathouse.

We are going November 30- Dec. 3, party of 4: my older daughter, oldest grandson and youngest granddaughter. We have not booked yet, but are looking at 2 rooms at Pop or Caribbean Beach. I am so unhappy that Big Thunder will still be closed.

At least dinosaur will still be open.

Posting on disboards for the first time in a couple of years! We're booked Nov 3-8 at the campgrounds in my parents' RV. It'll be myself, husband, my 1 year old son (first time!), and my mom and dad.

It'll be our first big trip with our kiddo and second time in an RV at Fort Wilderness. We've never visited Disney in November, and I'm a little nervous about Jersey Week and traveling with a 1 year old. We'll be celebrating my son's first birthday as well as my birthday! Planning on doing MK Tues and Epcot Thurs and doing non park things/relaxing the other days. Looking forward to this adventure and trying not to over plan!

So happy to come across this thread, I was wondering when I'd see one for November! We'll be at BLT from Nov 9-14. Crossing all my fingers that we'll get at least a MVMCP, I'm a bit worried since the halloween party starts a week later, that the Xmas party will too.

It's just DH and I going for our 25th wedding anniversary! Love my kids, but also love my adult only trips. :cool1:

Woo! Everything should be updated! :)

Just so you all know I'll be away next week for a staycation at Riverside so I will update anything that needs to be updated when I get back!

Just saw the new test track. I don’t get the middle part. The previous version made sense testing a car under varying conditions and you could see whose car performed better. We used to be able to have each person build a car which was so cool to race with each other. They’ve eliminated the interactive feature completely!

Looks like they are putting out Holiday dates today! I'm at work right now but I will update the front page with information once I'm home :)

Christmas party dates are out!

How horrible is Epcot on the Friday after Thanksgiving when Festival of the Holidays opens up? I mainly want to see the Candlelight Processional with dining package assuming they offer those this year, and others in the party want to ride Guardians (would purchase lightning lane).

Did anyone score a great discount today for their November stay? Was hoping to stay at Poly the entire trip but I would have had to upgrade to a more expensive room for a discount which would have been more than my original reservation.

We're staying at Fort Wilderness, and I had suspected (and was right) that the campsites were excluded from the discounts. I believe they usually are.

Anyway, is it me, or were the fall discounts this time around sort of lacking? Not that we should feel entitled to a discount, but wondering if it speaks to the number of bookings already and how busy the parks will be in the fall? :crowded:

found this video. We are checking out 11/28 but if we have a late flight we might be able to hit some booths around noon.

N/A for our dates (Thanksgiving week). But hope others were able to score a good deal.

So the discounts were not too impressive, but we were able to change from 10 nights at POP to 6 nights at POP and 4 nights at Port Orleans French Quarter for the same price. I'm happy with that!
