Me too!! Work has been such a struggle this week especially because we’ve been unusually slow. Also because I had an interview last week and I’ve been anxiously waiting by the phone to see if I got the job. Would love to put in my two weeks and then go on my two week vacation. Lol! Really hope they call today, I’ll be so bummed if I don’t get it and they call while we’re on vacation.

Either way we’ll be on a plane by this time 48 hours from now. I can’t wait to be warm! It was 18 degrees when I took my daughter to the bus this morning.

I can almost see the light at the end of the tunnel. And I think I'm finally done (no really this time I swear) tweaking our ADRs and FPs. Trying a lot of new things this time and extending to visit family. Hoping it all goes smoothly.

POR to MK approximately 20 mins travel time depending on time of day then adding 10-30 waiting for the bus.
For POR to GF see previous answer then take the monorail from MK to GF which could add another 30-40 mins depending on crowds.
You could also take a cab or Uber from POR directly to GF approx 20 mins.

Weather forecast is starting to look a bit chilly. Hoping we get a little warmer than what they're predicting. It's 7+ days out, so it will probably change several times before we get there

My youngest has the day off from school tomorrow, while the older 2 don't (it was reversed last Friday), so I HAD to take off work to stay with him. Good thing, too, because I have SO MUCH to do before leaving Sunday morning!!

Went to the bank today for work since things will mostly be closed tomorrow. Love chatting with the two little old ladies there, usually spend at least a few minutes.

Well, those sweet ladies said they wanted me to have an amazing trip, and they know i'm looking forward to it so much, they made me a little gift bag!! It's a divided travel supply zip bag and they stuffed it with some really thoughtful things. Gum, lip balm, sunscreen, lotion, wet wipes - all the little stuff that could really creep up on you.

I'll have to find them something special in the parks to say thank you properly~! Really brightened a crummy workday.

My countdown is off by a day We added a day at the beginning of our trip and my slider was more than halfway across. Too far to start all the way back at the beginning

Well here I am at work waiting for 4:30pm so I can run out of here like the wind. I've taken hardly any time off this year to save up days for this vacation. I can't wait to get away from here!!

Same here. We fly out 11/17, but are starting our trip at LegoLand, so I didn't change my slider.
