We're on countdown #2 hoping it holds...we were originally supposed to go in August and due to a medical emergency had to reschedual at almost 30 days to go...so now we are Nov 3 its nice to see those numbers in the twenties!!!

What exactly is this "package stuff"? Nov 4 arrival here and all we got it ME vouchers and tags. What else should I be expecting?

Did you book a package or a room only? If you booked a package then you get luggage tags and coupons mailed to your home.

I still haven't received mine. We arrive Nov 3.

Does anyone know when they added more Fantasmic shows to the schedule? I could swear that a couple of weeks ago there were only a few listed for the week we will be there and now there is one scheduled for every day!!!

The schools in NJ are closed for teacher in service days for 3 or 4 days ,you can get in a nice 5-6 day trip somewhere so alot of families head down to wdw

What is Jersey Week? I saw someone concerned about the crowds for Jersey Week and Veterans day and had never heard of Jersey Week.

There is a statewide teachers convention for 2 days(Thurs and Fri) around the first or second week in November, and it typically coincides with Veteran's Day as well. This year the days are 11/10 and 11/11. The dates obviously change every year. So every public school in NJ has off for those 2 days. Many school districts, like ours, give the kids off the other 3 days in that week, Mon-Wed, for teacher inservice days. This means many families have a great opportunity for a long family vacation without missing school, since you have the weekend before and after to add on to your trip.

We are starting our vacation on Wed night 11/2, since airfare is crazy insane from Thurs-Sun. The airlines know many will be going to WDW so they jack up the prices. My kids will only miss 2 days of school (probably won't miss much since it's the 2 days right before a week off) and we have a 9 day vacation!

I live in NJ and didn't know anything about Jersey Week until I had kids old enough to go to school and some mom asked me if we were going to WDW for Jersey Week. I looked at her as if she had 3 heads.

Anyway just wanted to post how exited I am for our November 13 vacation at the Wilderness Lodge (this will be our first time at the lodge).

32 Days! Woohoo!
I received a Disney Magical Express envelope in the mail today. It was the luggage stickers plus the info for our return flight. This is the first time we booked a hotel only for 1 night then the package for 6 nights. Will I be receiving a second set of luggage stickers for our arrival flight?
