Hi all:

Hope everyone had a safe Halloween. But now that it's past...

IT'S CHRISTMAS SEASON!!!!! WHOOOOOOOOO!!!!

But here's a question... I got my MVMCP tickets over the weekend and they looked like very unassuming Disney gift cards. Is this the norm?

Just curious, because I've never been to the MVMCP before and want to make sure.

Ours looked the same! I just got ours about 3 weeks ago in the mail! However, when we went to MNSSHP several years ago...the party tix looked like credit cards with Disney Characters dressed up for Halloween...this time, it's plain ol' Mickey, Pluto, Goofy, and Donald! they are cute, just not Christmas-y!

Ok - leaving for Disney in 9 days and so excited for MVMCP on the 19th!! However I think my co-workers are already sick of the the Christmas music I'm listening to cause I'm already in "holiday mode"!!! LOL!!!

Our first time to the party......Nov 30th.

We arrive in Orlando at 3pm on 11/16. I wanted to do mvmcp that day but for some reason decided Friday 11/19 would be better. The plan was Epcot on our arrival day with 8:00 reservations at LaHacienda for Illuminations. That would mean we would be in MK 11/17 (CRT ressies at 5:30 that day) and we had planned to go on 11/18 to MK (emh)then to our Ohana dinner at 5:30 and then back to MK on the 19th.
I am really thinking it would be much more magical for the kids to go to MK as our first park? Either way we will be doing one park two days in a row. The only other day we could do La Hacienda would be the 19th and we have a day planned at Epcot on the 20th (Akershus at 3pm).
I am trying to figure out quickly which day would be better to do MVMCP!!??

My family(DH, DD, DD) and I will be attending the Nov 28th and Dec 3rd Parties. We are very excited. This will be our first time going to Disney for the Holidays and we are very excited. Looking for any and all tips.
