Official MNSSHP [Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party] 2007...

It used to be behind the castle but it is now located between IASW and HM. It's in the stroller area to the left of IASW.

The decorations won't be up till closer to the party time and the MNSSHP activities won't start till right at 7:00p.

I don't want to freak out anyone, but I called today for ADR to CP on OCt 25th, before the party & the CM on the phone told me they were not letting people into the park until 6pm for the halloween party, even if they have ADR before that. She said she just heard that this morning.

My ADR is for 5:15pm and she said I would need to use my PH ticket to get in.

I just got off the phone with a cm and they told me more like 5:00 pm b/c we just made 5:55 ADRS for LTT. We have BBB appointments at 4:30 and were planning on using the MNSSHP tickets to get in at 4:00 to do this. Maybe they are trying to discourage a 4:00pm rush?

I've heard these rumors from a couple of different threads, but it's always been 4:00 in the past (or so I've heard), and all the P&P parties seem to be 4:00, so I'm not too worried.

FWIW, I asked the CM yesterday when I bought my tickets and made a 4:50 CP ADR, and he told me we could get in at 4:00.

Well, it has always been an unwritten and unofficial perk they've been doing since 2001 and it can be stopped at any time.

However, since it is unwritten and unofficial, some CMs don't know that it's been done in the past so they will tell you the official policy.

My dad and I are going to WDW from October 20th to October 27th and will be attending the MNSSHP on Tuesday October 23rd for the Annual Passholder night. Please add us to the list!

The race doesn't start until 9 PM, so I would venture to guess there would be the normal daytime crowds for a Saturday.

Of course I say that and will be completely wrong.

I got mine for Oct 16th! Our first one, and I still might be trying in September to get Dh to dress up as something!

Now, does anyone think that Sept 21st is likely to sell out and should I buy my tickets in advance (we have health issues sometimes) or wait and buy them when we get there? We have a couple of choices as to dates as we are staying for an extended period of time.

I got my tickets yesterday for October 30th for my DD and me
This will be our first MNSSHP and we're both so excited. We have ADR at LTT at 4:15. We're going to have so much fun deciding what costumes to wear!

Hi all, Well I am still deciding between 9/28 & 9/30 but if I cancel my 9/30 (which is most like) I have ADR's @ LTT for 4:25pm for a table of 4, I would much rather KEEP that night becasue on the 28th we ADR's for 4:10pm w/2 tables of 2!! So I will keep you posted which one I am going to cancel (I don't think that we should do the one on the 30th since we leave teh mext day & I have ADR's @ Crystal Palace for 8:05am--CM also told me that 10/1 is the MK birthday hope they will do something neat!!)

During HalloWishes, does Tinkerbelle still fly??

Is there anywhere to sit "on a wall" during the MK parades? I found a great spot at MGM, and AK where there is a low wall to sit on, and no one can sit in front of you. Is there anything like that at MK? In the past we always sat on Main Street. DH always did the "spot saving" for us, Now for this trip I will have to find a more "comfortable" spot!

Going to our first MNSSHP on Sept 21st. Can't wait. ADR at Tony's at 5:00. Eight of us going, me, DH, DD(11), DD(8), DD(3), mom, dad, grandma. We are going as Snow White (DD8) and the seven dwarfs. I am so happy. I can't stopping grinning from ear to ear YEAH ! ! !

We scheduled the trip from the 5th to the 9th for my sweet sixteen, then my mom just found out that MNSSHP starts the day we get there. So that was a really great surprise, and an awesome birthday present! My mom's dressing up as Malificant, and she's talking me into going as Sleeping Beauty. I'm very excited

Just and FYI for anyone who has not been to MNSSHP before and HAS FOOD ALLERGIES
Most of the candy they give out is not safe for anyone with PEANUT/TREENUT ALLERGIES.So in that case you may want to skip trick or treating. Last year they gave out eyeball candy that had peanut butter in them.There was some safe candy, but I know most people who have these types of allergies stay away from most candy. The selection of treats does change from year to year.

My son does have a Peanut and Tree Nut Allergy and the last time we were at the Halloween Party he was 10 mos old so it didn't matter. He is now 5 yrs old. and already worried if they would have anything safe he can have. He only like Lollypops, Fish Crackers and Oreos. So I was wondering if I should take the things he usually eats and ask the Cast Member to hand it to him or to have him just do the Trick or Treating and at the end of the night have him trade his bag in for a bag with all the treats that he can eat. I 'll ask a Cast Member if they would do the switch with him so he thinks Disney thought about him.

Do you think I can get either one of these ideas to work?
