So, those of you making the FP+ on party day, are you going in using another ticket media before the party? I was under the assumption that having the MVMCP ticket won't allow you to make FP selections. Am I right or wrong? Thanks!

You can make FP between 4-7 with just the party ticket.

FPs are not available during the party, which is officially 7-12. But the party ticket lets you in at 4:00. So you can do 2 FPs in that time...so 4-5 and 5-6. Or 4:30 - 5:30 and 5:30 - 6:30. The last FP for the night ends at 6:30.

Call the number on the bottom of the page once you log in. They can fix the MDE issue. Everything disappeared from my account this morning and I had to hold 13 minutes, but once the CM came on she fixed it in 5 minutes.

I'm curious about this as well! I figure a lot of families may not make it until midnight with kids, do the lines get smaller closer to midnight? Are the characters out that long?

Well, I got it done! My daughter was able to get Space at 5 pm and we all got HM at 6pm! Thank you to everyone for this thread...I would have never known. I'm also interested in the 7DMT standby. My daughter is the only one riding it and she will have to get on standby. We usually stay till the bitter end, and sometimes the later the better.

The line may be shorter, but you run the risk of them cutting the line off and not seeing them. It could happen as early as 10:30 depending on how long the line for the Dwarves (and other characters) becomes.

Finally someone attending the party the same night we are! Haven't seen many posts for 11/20...our group of 5 will be wearing these:

Now I'm totally confused. I have been told on other threads I need park tickets to make fp on a party night for 4-7. I see on here they are saying I can make some with just my party tickets. I really don't want to get messed up with using a park ticket for those two hours. When I called the CM said I needed a park ticket.
What do I do?

You do not need a park ticket to schedule FP, a party ticket alone will do.

Yes...you DO need to get your shirts done. That would be fun...had a small DisMeet with some friends from Where In The World on the Photography thread a few years ago and it was SUCH fun! One from Australia, one from Washington, one from West Palm Beach, FL and me...Texas native....and just noticed...you're from TEXAS too ! What part? ... we're from the Houston area but will fly out of Austin. I'll be with 2 DD and 13 year old DGD and 9 year old DGD...we'll be in these shirts:

Confirming that you can make FP+ ressies with just a MVMCP ticket.I have done just that.

If you only have a party ticket, you can make reservations for the 4-7 window. To be honest, I didn't try earlier although my first one is 3:15-4:15. I know I'll have to be admitted promptly.

If someone were to book earlier times, the only way they could get into the park to use them before the 4:00 or so would be to use different ticket media-- a regular ticket.

I went round and round with a CM yesterday about this!! He kept telling me I couldn't make FP+ selections for a hard ticket event even though I have done it since FP+ started!! I had him on the phone for a different issue and while he was in my MDE account he mentioned something about it. He just couldn't understand what I was saying. I am an AP holder but others going with me are not. I purchased their MVMCP tix BEFORE any other park tix were purchased and I made the FP+ selections that same day. This CM kept saying the only reason I was able to make FP+ selections was because they have park tickets.....I kept telling him that I JUST added their regular park tix today but already had their FP+ for the party tix. We all have FP+ selections from 3:30-6:30 on the party tickets yet the CM kept telling me we didn't and when we try to use them they won't work <<SIGH>> I finally told him that I have been to MNSSHP and MVMCP for the past few years every year and we would just have to agree to disagree.
Sometimes it is scary how much the CM's don't know!!
