Wow, we leave in 3 days, I havent packed a thing. Thankfully my boss at my new job,(I just started Monday and love it love it.) gave me thursday off. I asked why and he said i remembered that you were going away on Friday thought you might need to get packed. Well now I know what I will be doing. By the way anybody just back how was the weather, I am sorta nervous about it.

Have just about everything packed for my kids and I!!!! DH hasnt even started Only 6 days left and kids have no idea when we are leaving!

We are heading out early next Thursday morning...so yesterday I made a "to do before Disney" list and put it on the refrigerator. Everyone can see what needs to be done each day...now if we can just get it done, lol.

We will start packing this weekend and just keep adding to it every day. Wednesday afternoon I will check against our lists and we'll pack the car before heading to bed.

I know I'm ready...can't focus at work, lol!

Leaving tomorrow afternoon!!!! I can't believe it is finally here! I am already thinking it is going to go by so fast, what is wrong with me? I can't wait to see my little ones faces when we show up. I am going to be running around all day trying to finish everything up around the house and the rest of our packing. Disney world, look out!!! Here we come!!!

That was really nice of your boss! The weather was hot! A lot hotter than I anticipated. There was a few rain showers in the afternoon, and one day it lasted all night but overall I thought the weather was very nice.

I had a quick q about the weather.... it seems like the waterparks are going to be a good idea since its so hot out...however, do they shut down for rain? I'm hoping there are just short rain showers while we are there but I would hate to make it all the way to the waterpark and then it shuts down due to rain. Thoughts?

I have a tip for those of you leaving soon. You know those lists you've been making? C'mon now.. I know you have several and they are all over the house and have titles in big BOLD letters like "DO NOT FORGET!!!!". Yeah.. those lists

Make them on your computer. Title them things like "Master Packing List" and SAVE THEM!!!!

As I was making and checking my 6 lists for this trip my husband said.."We go all the time.. why don't you just save those lists? It would be easier."

I did online check-in today for our Vero Beach portion of the trip!!!! We actually leave in 9 days!!! Doing the single digit dance!

The water parks don't shut down for rain showers, but they do shut down for lightning. Your best bet is to get there for opening and at least get a few hours in before the afternoon thunderstorms start rolling in.
