Official May 2011 thread!

We are having a grand gathering at Disney from May 28th - June 5th for my DD's graduation. I am getting so excited too. My parents are going, DD's boyfriend is going, my kids & DH, my sister & her DH & kids. It should be GREAT!! Now we all just have to buckle down and save the money.

I have not seen the hours posted yet, but I need to check into that because I can book our ADR's next month. I also think we are going to do the International Dinner & Illuminations Reception dessert party. It will be something new that we have never done before.

I can't wait to plan with you guys!! My daughter is now a member here too and she is having a great time planning! Look for her -LaurenInWonderland11 She is turning into a Disney freak like me!!

Count me in! I somehow managed to convince everyone that it was time for a family vacation to The World.

We'll be there from May 27 - June 2 for free dining. Resort is still up in the air and a toss up between a 2BR at BLT or OKW. It's the great "Monorail vs. Square Footage" debate.

lol, I wouldn't join FB for the longest time and actually just did a couple of months ago It is pretty addicting, I'll say that much...but then again, so are the disboards

Just out of curiosity, I think this was discussed not so long ago however, does anyone have any recollection of when the May hours will be posted. DH and I are ready to work out our dining plans and park days, but he doesn't want to sit down until the hours comes out. Our 180 day window is on 11/6 so I am desperately hoping that they come out way before hand. I am too impatient....you would think that after as many times as we have gone, I wouldn't be. Each time we go is like it is our very first trip as a family

I checked this the other day and it was still 2010, they must have just put up 2011. I know it is not official but when I was planning my Feb. I was able to see the Feb. hours early and they were the same

I am going crazy trying to plan our dining plans.... There are going to be at least 7 adults (possibly 9) and one 11 month old! I have never planned a trip for that many people! Anyone have some great 'big group' dining suggestions?

My boyfriend and I are officially staying at Port Orleans French Quarter!!! I changed our hotel earlier today. We are staying there from May 1st to May 8th while staying off-site on April 30th. We are gonna take a late morning flight on the 30th and stay at a hotel either near the airport or near DTD. We plan on going to DTD and have a nice romantic dinner then leave very early to get to POFQ to drop off our luggage (whether we are able to check-in or not) and hit up a park!

Can't wait to stay at POFQ! I've heard very good things about it, plus the rooms are supposed to be refurbished around the time we go! So excited!!!

Now to find go prices on flights and get ready to make ADRs in 10 days~
