Official May 2009 Thread....The wait is on!!

Hmm I've got all my stuff packed (except the PJ's exct that I use every day). I am a stickler about packing stuff ahead of time. THis time I'm packing for three weeks!! I'm going to go nuts!

Ohhhh, merchandising CM! Do yuou know what you will be doing? I am so jealous! Will the three weeks include the college program? I know nothing about that so do tell or do you have it posted somewhere else?

Well I guess so! They probably woindered where they could get some
But around here, that seems to be their favorite line to tease me with since I don't smoke, drink, etc. (no vices ): either I'm on it, smokin it or got some really good, strong kind, etc. Silly people!

Well bring some to Epcot! Really though I am not vice free ( I love my wine) but I am lesser viced. I quit smoking 8 years ago now. Wow, it doesn't seem that long.

Sorry off topic again so back on...2 weeks tomrrow we arrive!!

I've completed mine too.

Now I am trying to get suitcases pack. My family has no idea of what this entails. DH & DD tried to just throw clothes in a suitcase, when I went to see what they had NO ONE had clothes that fit them now I guess they weren't planning on zipping zippers We all gained weight over the winter, now I have to go shopping in the little time I have left, we start our drive on Thursday

Anyone know how the Flower and Garden Festival has been this year? I was there for it in 2000 and it was beautiful... hope it doesn't disappoint!

We leave in 4 days..Maybe we should start packing...There is alot of packing with 4 little ones and a looonnnngggg drive from NJ.....Like i said maybe now is a good time to start packing................

Nope I've got 14 days till my WDW vacation . Only 122 days till I leave to be a CM. Merchandise is working in one of the shops/carts at the Disney park or Disney resort.
I'm going to do the Disney Career Start program and here is the website for that.
The College Program is amost the same as the CS program except that they have more roles offered to the CP than the CS.

You do realize I am a little old lady way past college and her college education years, right? I've just always had a dream of working at disney and I am so envious of people that get to live their dream of doing that. But I am also delighted for you and hope it is everything you want it to be.

I was all set to pack my shorts and stuff and then all of a sudden we get this "heat wave" so now I can only pack some stuff! I am excited and nervous ( flying kind of freaks me out a little ) all at the same time. Only 8 more days to go and only 6 more days of work!
