We always travel during the first of May and the crowds are always managable. We have never waited more than 15 minutes for a ride, except Dumbo of course. We always take advantage of Fast Passes and baby swap though. IMO, early May is a great time to go. The weather is warm, but not humid and it's not rainy season yet. School is still in and spring breaks are over, so I say, "Book May instead of September"!!!:thumbsup2

P.S. Your DD is ADORABLE!!!

well ive never been.. we're going in may, based on research of the busy/quiet times.. and around work and such

we find may to be the quietest time for us to go

i found its rated 6/10 for 'busyness'

so an average week it would seem.

but dont take my word for it, hehe :)

While I am sooo glad that they finally published the May hours, I am bummed that Hollywood Studios closes at 7:00 on the 29th and 30th. That is supposed to be Star Wars Weekend.

And, with their new layout, I can't figure out how to find the parade and fireworks schedule. Can somebody help me out here?

I agree - it's frustrating that there are no times for wishes & spectromagic (makes planning meals really difficult). Also very disappointing that between May 1-17 MK closes no earlier than 9pm. That means there will be no P&PP. We were so looking forward to that. :sad1:

I liked the old format myself....while trying to make the site appear more upscale I think it is less user friendly:( Or its just me..lol

I wonder how crowded that MK night EMH will be!!!!! We did a late one last June, we loved it...one of the best times ever...however, it wasnt a holiday weekend!

I am with you all. The thing that I really need is the Wishes time. I am planning a 60th birthday party around it!

Does anyone know what time restaurants close when there are EMH's? Does everything just close at the normal time or does that mean that restaurants are open later as well?

100 days until vacation!

In May, 2007, we had a heck of a time even finding a snack vendor during evening Extra Magic Hours. :confused3 The stores were open though for shopping!:rotfl:
