Thanks for compiling the list. Good idea to have refurbs in one place too - I was bummed to see Star Tours will be out of commission while we're there. We missed it last time, just didn't get to it and my 5.5 year old DS was really looking forward to it. Guess I gotta break it to him!

I'm really anxious to see what will be up with Fantasyland while we're there. I've already told the kids that some (all???) of their favorites there will be closed...but that that just means we go back in 2013 to see the new stuff!

I thought it would be good to throw the refurbs up there - there will be more to come once hours and prices are released. Hopefully it's nothing that anyone loves.

I am excited to see fantacyland too! Our next big family trip isn't until 2013 (March 2011 is just my bff and I) and my girls are so excited to see all the new stuff. Honestly - I can't wait to see the villians restaurant - we usually only go to WDW at Halloween, and those characters are always such a big portion of that - it will be cool for them to have their own place.

We are planning our next Disney trip from 3/12 - 3/19. The last time we went was February, 2009 and I had about 5 weeks to plan it all. I'm so excited that I have more time to plan but I know the waiting is going to kill me!

We are thinking about getting a two bedroom villa again. Last time we stayed at Saratoga Springs and it was awesome! I'd love to try another property this time. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Glad to have found this thread! We're going March 26-April 3 which is spring break around here. It will be a great break from our Canadian winter.

Last time we were in WDW was the week after Christmas 2007. The crowds were insane and the weather turned to freezing mid-way through the week. We still managed to have a fantastic time, but hopefully March will be a better month for crowds and weather.

just booked my 8 night stay at the Poly yesterday. They told me that rates would not be out for another month or so, which I expected.

I now have about 5 pin codes that are good for this year. This happened to me last year as well. I would love to be able to use them. Oh Disney you temptress!

Anyway, they charged me on night room and tax for the deposit.

Wow, I had totally forgotten that the flower and garden festival will be happening in March. We were there for it this year and really enjoyed it, but it was the week before spring break, so it was pretty massively crowded.

we went last year in March so that we could also go to Spring Trainign games. As you may know the Braves play at Disney for ST, but there are a TON of major league teams that play in the area. We go to Viera to see the Washington Nationals play and then follow it up with a week at the Poly. Last year we booked in August but then in December or so the buy 4 get 3 free deal came out and we were able to apply it to our existing reservation.

I'm sure my dad would be interested in going to some ST games--this past year we went the last week of March, and ST was more or less over for the season. Is it easy to get tickets? About how much do they cost? Thanks!

As for the cheerleaders...do they usually just stay the weekend? Or should I be expecting to see them earlier in the week? At any rate, we'll probably avoid DHS those days. The other parks should be okay, though, I'd think.

For the Spring rraining games I remember just going online to order them. Not sure of the site. I do know that the best seats were somewhere around $20 a ticket. We never made it to a game since we missed the Phillies by one day and couldn't move our trip up. I do know we will be trying again this year.

As far as the cheerleaders go we only really saw them at DHS. We thankly got there as they were coming off the busses and we kindly got back ours. They were pouring in like it was Christmas morning at MK. We never really saw them or noticed them anywhere else though.

I am pretty sure that spring break varies by school district... at least around here is does. So, I think that anyone's spring break can be any week with in a 6-8 week period from mid-march to early may. I know there was a poll at one point on the main board that everyone said when their spring break was - but I'm not sure where that went to.

I know that we usually get the monday off after Easter - but our spring break is seperate from that (2011 is Mar 14-18). I'm not sure how others do it though.

Hey! I'm in AL and our Spring Break is March 14-18, or something like that. We're hoping to plan a trip around that time.
