PrincessMom4 - is this your first time at FW? I heard they have a campfire and outdoor movies there. We thought we might check it out. It must be at the campground I think.

My family (sister, brother-in-law, mom, dad) and I are taking my 2-year-old niece for her first trip to the House of Mouse at the beginning of March. As the family resident expert, I'm helping plan. I've never been with a kid -- let alone a two-year-old -- but we're doing the "let her do what she wants" trip. If she wants to spend five hours playing in a fountain, good for her.

Staying at Port Orleans (I wanted to stay at Wilderness Lodge, my personal favorite, but the rest of the family didn't want to spend the money).

We're going 3/20-26 WDW, cruise 3/26-29. Staying offsite, really wish we were on property, but it was MUCH cheaper (timeshare) and we'll have full kitchen and laundry. Little concerned because we'll only have our younger (and frankly more difficult) 13-year old with us, big brother will be doing Magic Music Days until the 25th. Saw mentions of Mardi Gras -- if you really need a Mardi Gras fix, Universal does a parade and bead toss on certain nights, and I know 3/21 is one of them. We went a few years ago, and it was pretty much fun, except for the one dad who kept jumping in front of my children (who were smaller then) and grabbing beads that were being thrown to them, wanted to deck him, keep that smile!

Too funny. My DD14 is definitely high maintenance and her older brothers just roll their eyes.

Our new problem is that our oldest son is in college and doesn't get the same school breaks any more. He cannot miss a week of classes and it just breaks my heart to leave him behind. He keeps saying it's ok but I know it must bother him. Of course his spring break is Presidents week - busy, busy - so we wouldn't consider going then.

Our trip is March 11-16th, at the Wilderness Lodge, just in time for DH's 35th birthday. He's very excited about meeting all the princesses. Or at least that's his story!

DD and I were just there in November. I swear, it's like an addiction...

it is an addiction! My husband turns 25 in August so we thought that would be a good excuse for a trip to Disney World... and my 25th is in December so it's only fair, right? It looks as though he will probably get his birthday vacation, at least a few days in Disney, but the hospital I work for is building a new one slated to open around Thanksgiving this year, so nobody gets any time off that time of the year unfortunately, unless I can finangle something which I hope I can - I've never been to Disney for all the Christmas fun!

We're going March 14-21...staying at our timeshare in Sheraton Vistana. It's me, DH, DD, DS, and DD along with DH's cousin, her husband and their DD and my brother and sil. We go every year at this time. I CAN'T WAIT!!!!

I definitely can't wait to be there for the holidays. I know I won't be able to be there for my birthday (December 3rd) because of the school semester still being in, but hoping for a mid or late December trip, even if it's short because of work. I thought I would jump in. I just found this site and WOW! What a wealth of information here.

I am going on a solo trip to my first on-site Disney trip and first-time in March. My dates are 3/8-3/15 at POFQ.

But it looks like POP is the place to be!

I did sort it by resort and for sure the POP wins the prize for most reservations.

Hi from the UK, we are going march 21st to march 28th, then we've got a week in key largo march 28th to april 4th!!!! Can't wait,less than 10 weeks away!!!
