"Official" March 09 thread Who Else???

Joining up... I am about to burst, just over a week and I will be at Disney, I think I might actually be more excited than our son!

Leaving for the first leg of our trip tomorrow! Couldn't find that packing list - I think we're okay! I am so ready to be gone!

We decided last minute - very last minute - to go next week for my granddaughters sprink break. So I've had no planning 'fix' at all from this trip! This is the first time we're trying the dining plan - and I did actually manage to get reservations that work for us. I wanted Chef Mickey and that didn't happen; but we did get Crystal Palace for dinner, Sci Fi for dinner, Le Cellier for lunch and we'll go to The Wave for breakfast. I really wanted a character breakfast and couldn't get one that worked yet.

We're staying at Carribean Beach Resort - which I know nothing about - and I'm going to check on the DVC offerings while we're there.

But all in all, I'm way excited. We leave on Sunday and I just checked weather - looks like some days in the 80's and that sure works for me after a Chicago winter.

Have fun everyone who is still going in March, like us!

Congratulations Barbara! Looks like you're doing some overnight planning to make up for lost time.

We're also staying at Carribean Beach for the 1st time and arrive Sunday. It looks great from the pictures and reviews. 80 degrees is perfect!

I'm ready to escape reality! I've been sick all year, my surgeon told me that I couldn't travel for a YEAR after my upcoming surgery (in April)....

So I was in the process of canceling our June trip when pixie dust drifted into my thoughts......

She said I couldn't travel AFTER my surgery.....She didn't say anything about BEFORE!!!

I think I am looking forward to this trip more than any I've ever done in the past. I am going to suspend reality and live in Fantasy Land for a few days.

Thats me I am In that club to,but Its like as excited as my DS!! I keep telling my DS that" Its going to get here,dont worry before you know It we will be flying out". While I am on the borads here all day talking about It keep searching united(but to no avail) for our departing flight Info,looking to see what to but for our trip,tring to fguire what I will have to do the day of our flight!!,and Its me telling him I need some one to tell me!!

I have high anxiety. I'm not really excited yet. Just anxious like something is going to happen, I'm going to forget something, something is going to get screwed up, etc. I'm NEVER like this any other time. Cool as a cucumber. WTH is wrong with me!

LOL, I hear you! Once we land in FL, have our bags and are in our rental car, I think then the anxiety will finally subside and it will just be full blown excitement!!! Right now, having both at the same time is wreaking havoc on my insides.

We have the car packed and ready to leave after a half day of school tomorrow. We're driving so hopefully the traffic is not too heavy on I75.

Can't wait to be back in our home away from home!
