Getting a little bummed out about all of these last minute changes.
I already got over and accepted that Rockin Rollercoaster will be down while i'm there, and then did the same with TestTrack.
But i feel like Disney has dropped some bombs on us this week last minute.
The big one of course is the new Fast Pass system.. which will start mid trip for me. So thats scary and a high anxiety situation.

But the dagger is changing the waffles at sleepy hollow and closing down Peter Pan for Refurb. Ow! It hurts guy!
Oh! and no hush puppies at Columbia Harbor

I guess they are really viewing summer as off season now. We don't even have a festival at EPCOT this year.

I think Peter Pan became Offical today. I know there were talks on refurb, but alot of bloggers assume late 2024. I wish they would remove 7DMT from the ILL and just let TRON be the ILL since a "Tier 1" is now gone.

Westjet - Strike was averted, but... IS BACK ON!!!! The union just issued 72 hour strike notice. We fly on Saturday - and they've cancelled the same routing for today.

We'll get there somehow - holding out for hope that they won't cancel Saturday's flights! Send some positive pixie dust our way - we can't wait to see the MAGIC!

My fingers and toes are crossed for you!

Can't quite believe we travel a week today and fly a week tomorrow. It's really come around fast. Disappointed for my daughter who wanted to do Rock 'n' Rollercoaster as it's marginal whether she'll quite be tall enough for Velocicoaster at Universal and really wanted to do a loop coaster this time.

Still, it's nearly here. Let's hope for good crowds!

Welll - airline strike was averted, but the trip is not to be. My husband has just come off an international flight, and I had to take him to emergency - he has a deep vein thrombosis. No flying for at least four weeks, but he's fortunate to have a nagging wife who wouldn't let him dismiss it as "just a muscle cramp". Sooooo deeply disappointed, but thankful that he will be OK. Stay hydrated and try to move as much as you can on those flights!

I do feel like it’s easier now to get a reservation at Oga’s, vs 2 years ago. It was cutthroat.

Awe, I’m so sorry you won’t make it! But, very glad your husband got the medical attention he needed after listening to you to follow up on the cramp! Disney will be there when you’re ready. Hopefully you can reschedule to a cooler time of year.

The kids and I fly down tomorrow morning. Philadelphia to MCO. First time spending the 4th at Disney!! We’re looking forward to our favorite rides, fireworks shows, and pool time at Stormalong Bay!

The trip was significantly whittled down from our original booking due to everyone’s schedules changing, but we’re making it happen. A greatest hits tour! Haha!

Grateful we are getting in before too many changes happen, and DD10 will be excited to ride RNRC at HS! But, I am very curious about the new LL+/ILL$ situation, and a little bummed I’ll be up early booking first G+ picks while my tweens are fast asleep. Maybe next time we come I’ll get to sleep in too!

We arrive tomorrow and just got major pixie dust - a CM called and said that our BLT room isn’t going to be available so they’re upgrading us to club level in the main tower of the Contemporary!! I’m going to be dancing through the rest of my day!
