Good evening all! I hope everyone is excited about there upcoming trip or is having fun on their trip!
I know this is going to be somewhat of a PSA, but I would like to share some things that I've noticed over the last day or so:
1. Its Florida in July. Its hot and humid! I know this seems like common sense, but I've seen people who look like they just ran a marathon through the desert walking through the parks. Take your time, go at your own pace, and drink lots of water!
2. There are storms! Again, something of a 'duh!' statement, but this afternoon, at Epcot, people seemed amazed that the dark skies opened up and there was falling water. Even if it only lasted a little while. Yesterday was even better, as it rained right before HEA. People seemed to be in awe that there was rain.
3. Transportation is a mess. The buses still seem to be a nightmare. DW (who went to Disney Springs to get a new pair of sunglasses) left Epcot at 8:15PM (I didnt go with her as I was getting something for her as a surprise. Shhhh don't tell
@Disneyfan101413 !). As I write this, she is still not back at the resort (about 5 min out, and we are less than a 10 min walk from the bus pickup/drop off). If you are using a bus to go anywhere, give yourself at least an extra 30 min breathing room.
Not sure If there is anything other than that for now. Been a long few days, and I'm looking forward to some sleep! Anyone traveling tomorrow, be safe and have fun! You're on your way!!!
