I just read on another thread....there were issues with the guest capacities when ROL was launched. Issues with guests getting out of ROL from first show; and in for the next showing. My guess is it is on hold for the Peak season in July until they get a better system for the 2 shows. I still check website 2x/day for ROL ADR for July 1-5....fingers crossed that it is soon......

Anyone who has been waiting for the Moonlight Magic at Typhoon Lagoon event -- booking has begun!
We're staying onsite and received an email with a link to the online registration. I gather (from another thread) that it will open for general booking for those without onsite reservations on April 6th. Not 100% sure of the date, but I think that's what I read. The member website likely has more details (I didn't check; was in too much of a hurry to get my registration done!). We'll be there for the July 13th event!
Now if only July RoL dining packages would open...

Is the moonlight magic at TL only for DVC members? We are renting points from an owner but I guess that doesn't count?

Ok July folks, how we gonna do AK fast Passes?? Because we all have to do it the same way , haha! I have kids aged 8-14, so I'm thinking FP the Pandora flight ride 9-10 and rope drop the boat one...then head over to the safari w/ 10 am FP. EE is my favorite ride so I'm tempted to make it my final FP at 11 or even after lunch. But it's gonna be so stinking hot that I am tempted to FP the rapids ride. Decisions!


I am going to try for the dining show ROL, if they ever release for July. Come on Disney!!

I heard they're at AofA. I'm staying at Pop, so just a quick stagger across the bridge and I'm home!

I'm thinking we will hit one of the rides immediately after our PPO at TH. Hoping for reports to see if there is any advantage like there is to getting to Safari after TH.
We also have the advantage this trip of CS, since my GS will be 8 months old. SO I'm trying to figure if we should FP for all of us (5 FPs) for the river ride, OR get what we can for the flight. (If FPs are hard to get for the river ride we might luck out with flight since we only need 2).
Then we will get all 5 FPs for Safari, and split them/CS at EE and Dino.
Waiting on ROL dining, and StarWars dessert, but we know that one is later.

ALSO, ummm, changed resorts again... We are now skipping POR and doing AKKV for our last 2 nights. SO its BC 3 nights, POLY 2 nights and AKKV 2 nights. Figured since we are hitting AK it made more sense. We are so excited for this trip!!

This is definitely the question of the trip! And to think up until last year we totally skipped AK! Then last year I fell in love with FOTLK and DS fell in love with Everest. NOW we have to see ALL of Pandora and ROL! LOL! I am checking daily for ROL dining packages. Then hoping to RD the river ride and FP the flight one. Thinking I will FP the flight one because I'm not 100% sure my DD will do it or pass the height requirements (I'm thinking she's right at that 44") so we can always CS that one. It's definitely a curveball in my plans

Yes just for DVC members. We went with my dad last year. It was fun but more crowded then I was prepared for. We did eat all the Mickey Bars we cared to eat and floated in the lazy river to our heart's content!

Along with everyone and the ROL Dining packages I'm wondering when the Star Wars dessert party will open up. Hoping soon! Guessing in the next 2 - 3 weeks?
