If we plan for sometime around 1, I think it would work out for my family. (They can head back for afternoon break. Wow, you're lucky! Our pin required a 5 night minimum. Guess I shouldn't complain. Gives me a good excuse to give to my DH to stay that long. I need to start thinking and planning our ADR's but since we plan on getting hoppers, we can be pretty flexible.
BTW, I see you are in VA. I'm in MD. Just one State away....VA has some beautiful places to visit. We love Williamsburg!

Yeah, I just found this thread. I had been seeing other months and looking for July so we could join in. My family will be at Disney either Saturday July 21 or the 22nd staying till around the 30th. My DS4 has visited DL once when he was 2yo, and we are getting him hyped up for the trip. DH and I visited years ago, stayed offsite for his first trip to the World, but I grew up on the East Coast and went with family every couple years.
We are staying at the BWV on an RCI exchange, so excited to be onsite for the first time ever!
I see there are some other families there the same time, it would be so cool to meet up, or even just run into each other.
Our checkin date is Saturday, but our actual start date is still up in the air due to a sick family member in Tampa. My aunt turns 80yo this summer, so the trip was planned as a family reunion, big birthday party for her, but she is now hospice from cancer, so we don't know how she will be doing.

I have made ADR's, and plan to add the DDP, since I don't know if we will ever get another chance to stay onsite. I am getting so excited, planning and reading the DIS.

Hello! We will be at Disney from June 20-July 3. We are staying offsite in a rental home. We are a family of 4 plus my mom. Our kids are DS 16 and DD 12. My mom uses a scooter so we are always looking for tips that too. We have 8 day YES tickets and are now trying to plan for two days in each park. We belong to Touring Plans and Tour Guide Mike. I might try Ridemax for the first time to make sure I have my planning on full throttle I would like to plan for a more leisurely pace leaving after lunch and maybe returning after dinner. Look forward to counting down the days with you!
