All those traveling this summer have a blast! Unfortunately we are not going to make our weekend trip in July. We will just add a day in Sept. after our cruise. Just to much going on with DD14 making the cheer team and needing to be here for practices and what not. So sad...no Disney for me til Sept.

I always do it--have for the past 3 trips. What you can do is pre-order the cd. If you get home and don't think you got enough good shots for it to be worthwhile, you can always ask for a refund. You can add neat borders and character signatures to your photos, too. When you get the cd they send a copyright release so you can print yourself or send it off somewhere. I use Shutterfly and get copies of my fav. prints, but I also do their photobooks---they are terrific!

Make sure when you get pics taken that you mention to the photographer that you have the cd--I think they tend to take more shots that way. Also, ask if they can do any "special" shots--some of those turn out great. We still always carry our own camera--too many other things to take a photo of and you never know when you'll want it.

Guess What???????????

I just purchased our airline tickets!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know, I know, kind of last minute but boy am I glad I waited. I have been checking SW everyday for the earliest flight to go down from $154/New Orleans to Orlando and $124/Orlando to New Orleans, and was about to give up. Well I checked just 30 min ago and THEY WENT DOWN!!! $106/ each way PLUS I had the $25 off/per person code!!!

Phew..............now I really feel like I'm going

Wow - that is great! I wish I could find some awesome airfare and fly instead of driving - of course that would mean rethinking packing and I am not sure I am up for that!

I had to double check through the packet that came in the mail, I was wrong, there is no mug voucher I think I mentioned it because it says Resort Refillable Mug on the Itinerary. I appologize I feel like a goober now.

I've sucumb to the pressures of the 50lb limit on baggage to be checked in. I've had DH stand on a scale holding the bags I have packed currently 2x already. I have only ONE bag that I'm not sure about the weight on and keep thinking it's going to be over what were alloted.

Is it sad when you come to DIS JUST to see the count down ticker for your trips?

Great Kohl's deals too. I just started going to Kohls ... got to wait for a coupon though. 30% would be great.

So I just rearranged our schedule a bit to include all 3 dance parties. We hadn't done them before but I'd like to at least stop by and see them while we are there. My DD's love to dance and if the characters dance with them, they would think that was better than any ride!

Now when I told my parents our new plans, my father was like, "so what else do they do? Why would I give up a ride for that?"

We stayed in Palm Coast last summer, and I felt very safe. It seemed like a very nice area. We were one exit further down, off Rte 100 than the Fairfield. We ate at a restaurant called Hijackers near the local airport there. It was not fancy, but had really good food. The exit ramps are a bit odd, hard to describe them, but they seemed a little confusing to us. Just be cautious. They loop down and under I95 in an odd way. I think it sounds like a good deal!

Does anyone else think that is strange?

On another note, today was my last day with students! Tomorrow I finish packing my room and then I am DONE for the summer! I am so excited! Now, I can really get into my packing and finishing my planning.
