Has anyone ever done online check-in at their resort? How is it done, and how far in advance of our trip should I do it? Or should I just go with the standard check-in?
I REFUSE, mind you, REFUSE to take you off our who going list!!!LOLI've been thinking about this a long time, and I think I've finally come to a decision. It wasn't an easy decision to make, but one that needed to be made.
I've decided that the next 31 days are going to be way too depressing for me here on the "Official July 2009 Thread" watching all of you go on your trips before me. There's no way I can pull up this thread every day and see the Trip Reports and pictures for your trips and know that my trip is still days and days away.
Therefore, I will no longer be posting here on this thread and am moving over to the "Official August 2009 Thread" where I'm sure I will be welcomed with open arms.

What a sad day.
I should post a picture of our den, bathroom, all Hokiefied! We took Sophie to spring game this year, she LOVED it, Anna Kathryn did a cheer camp and got to perform on the field with the cheerleaders. Brad was SOOOOOOOO jealous that she got to come out of the tunnel! We are season ticket holders, and try to hit at least one or two away games, usually Duke since we like that stadium! Let's Go Hokies!
Guess you can use this for our who's going, since I doubt I'll get a picture with me in it in the next few weeks! DH and the kids stand out more than I do, anyway!

Wow...everyone hearing this crazy news? First Farah Fawcett and now Michael Jackson?
Who do you think was making it work? 
I was just in the bedroom showing my DH the new swim suits I bought and the Explorer sandals I bought at LLBean for our trip. Then suddenly, my DD6's BROKEN Its A Small World music box started playing all by itself!! No lie. She had shown me the music box about 2 weeks ago, and we tried to get it to work, but all it would do was spin the gears. We tried everything to get it to work, but we figured it was broken. It was just sitting on a step stool on the floor. Its a sign!

I can't imagine living in Mountaineer country. Those people are SCARY!Cute pics! Our house is Hokiefied too! When people come over they say they never realized there was so much Hokie stuff. Our neighbors are friends of ours from college so their house is all Hokie too. Around here it's Mountaineer country though, even though most everyone on our street moved here from Virginia.
I wish we were closer to Blacksburg to participate in special events like those that you mentioned.

YAY!! I just did my first multi quote!!
2 weeks from today, I will be keeping the kids up until midnight so we can hit the road and they will sleep! So, if we leave at midnight, does that count as 2 weeks from today??
My first card was VERY rewarding because I put most of my DVC membership ON IT!! I got SOOO many reward dollars. Unfortunately, the credit limit wasn't high enough at the time to charge the entire DVC membership... so I put the rest of it on my LLBean Rewards Visa and bought lots of new clothes for my trip!! 
Right now, they're offering triple reward dollars for spending on restaurant, gas and travel on balances over $1,000!! EASY!!!
