I have to say we're also trying Tony's for the first time this trip based on some of the reviews I've read lately. DH has wanted to try it the last few trips, but I was scared. I'll settle for Olive Garden quality, but am hoping for something better LOL

I just noticed that my ADR for Le Ceiller is listed on the worng day. That one is supposed to be on July 5, not July 4. No biggie, but I just thought I would mention it.:rolleyes1

I fixed it for you! Sorry about that!

PLEASE, everyone, do not be shy about telling me I made a mistake on the list!! Just let me know so I can fix it! :thumbsup2

Made a change to my ADR's.
On 7/21 we are eating at Kona cafe at 12:15 instead of 5:30. We are going to a concert at house of blues that night so lunch fits our schedule better!

We had ressies for Tony's on our last trip but cancelled the day before because we were sick.

I'll try it. Worst that can happen is not wanting to eat there again.

Only 73 more days til we leave for the world. I can't wait. This thread is making this sooo exciting

Nikki --

I'm sorry to do this, but I just made another ADR, if you could add it to the list.

I swore I wasn't going to do this...but I had a rough day Monday and yesterday and decided that planning a little extra something on our trip would be just the thing to cheer me up. LOL (It was either that or retail therapy...which I am still seriously considering...) :rotfl:

Anyway, my girls really wanted to go to Coral Reef on this trip and I talked them into Restaurant Marrakesh. But last night one of them mentioned the cheesecake at Coral Reef (her birthday is coming up in two weeks and she said she wished we could get that cheesecake for her birthday, LOL).

So I decided to schedule a Coral Reef dinner for our last night in the parks.

So -- July 24, 6:10 p.m. we will be at Coral Reef.

Thanks!

Stephanie

We just decided yesterday the WHOLE family is going in July (inlaws too!) to celebrate the adoption of our two sons!

YAY!

We'll be there July 20-14, staying at All Star Music!:dance3:

Emcreative --

Congratulations on your adoption! That is wonderful! I did adoption law for 10 years and loved it. What a wonderful way to grow your family. My sister and her DH are in the process of adopting their precious 3 year old foster daughter, and it's something we have looked into, as well.

WDW will be a wonderful place to celebrate such a happy occasion!

YAY! So exciting! I get there the 20th...
Congratulations on your adoption! We are looking into that as well!

I think I'm going to have to change my Rose and Crown ADR. 7:00 just seems way to early for my chances of seeing Illuminations. I'm going to call back this afternoon and see if anything for a later time has opened up, although I doubt it. I looked at my itinerary, and there actually is another night that we plan on being in Epcot at dinner time (although most nights we end up in Epcot). So I'll call and see if I can get a later time for that date too. I know I should just see about making a ressier for 3 instead of 2 but I just don't feel comfortable doing it. I know people do it all the time and the reservation people even suggest it but I just feel funny about it...like I'd be cheating somehow. :guilty:

Good luck! I'd say make it for 3...you can pretend I'm joining you guys! But that day I'll be sick...sound good?

LOL Yes, sorry, I meant July 20-24. Before I could edit the toddler decided to take a tumble and this is the first I could get back.

Thanks so much for all your well wishes. We are a foster family and feel so blessed, we figured it would be YEARS before we were lucky enough to adopt. Our first placement (a newborn) will be the first adoption. He turns 1 on Friday. His bio brother joined us in February (he'll be 2 in May, yes, they are only 11 mos apart) so his adoption will take a bit longer.

We went to Disney as a "Family Honeymoon" (I had three daughters when I married my husband) so when we wanted a way to celebrated our new sons, I knew it had to be Disney! And as soon as I called the travel agent I came back here!

Now I have to figure out what "special" things to do! We are doing dinner in Cinderella's castle again and the in-laws (who have never been to Disney) want to do Cirque...any other ideas? We're doing 5 days-4 nights with a park hopper and staying at All Star Music.:cheer2:

Congratulations emcreative!

make sure you let the CMs know that you are celebrating when you book your ADRs, maybe the restaurant servers can sprinkle a little extra magic on your family :wizard:

have you considered one of the fireworks cruises as something special to do? :)

Barbie princess:

(78 days to go for me!! :cheer2:)

Poor hubby, he thought he was covering the anniversary this year but we'll miss it by a few days, lol!

We definitely want to do a character meal (besides cinderella dinner) this time.

Which one would y'all suggest? I'm thinking a breakfast maybe? Oh and if you know how many it "uses" on the dining plan that would be helpful, too.
