Hi Everyone,
We just got back from the World on January 7 and we are so anxious for our July trip. We were ready before we even left there to be back. We always feel like that.

Isn't is nice coming home knowing you are going back so soon? It must take away that feeling of, what I call, "The Disney Blues." When you spent so much time planning, it's taken up a year or more of your life and in a week, it's all over.

But I don't have that now!! In fact, this is the day that I had marked as my 180 day out for ADRs. Even though I can't make them, it still makes me excited because I know it's getting closer!!!

Yes, it is nice coming home and knowing we will be back there again in just 169 days. My DH and I still get the "Disney Blues" though. I do think the Blues could be a lot worse if we didn't have another one planned. We were suppose to make all our ADR's on January 2, but we have to wait longer now. That's okay, it gives us a little longer to make good decisions on where we want to eat.

We are at 176 day now. I wish we could make our ADR but I am sure that there is a reason for the delay. I would guess with them being so far out that too many people made them and changed them too often. I am so excited.

Glad we need to wait till July so my foot will be completly healed. I plan to be very active for the eight days we are at the parks.

I fight the Disney Blues by begining the planning for the next trip as soon as I get beack. OK I will be honest I have dates picked out for our next trips through 2018. So I guess my planning never stops! Lois

Yay! I convinced the DBF to add another night to our trip! So now we will be staying July 19-25! We will only have 5 day park passes ( military tickets) but decided it would be nice to have a day to relax and enjoy the Poly. I am sooooo excited!
BTW this past week I have had the nicest of CM's when I called to make all my reservation changes. They noted on our reservation that we are celebrateing Jon's (DBF) return home from Iraq without me even requesting that they put it on there!
I am also soooo glad we decided to do CL. I have already contacted IPO and they are going to take care of all my ADR's, and anything else I want planned.
I am soo excited! 5 more months til DBF comes home! and 6 months til the trip of my dreams!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I now have to have gall blader removal surgery.... eek

Not cancelling my trip! Only seeing the surgeon on February 26 to schedule. If my insurance won't cover me after the surgery... then I'll have the surgery in August. The trip is non negociable!

So when are you guys starting your pre-trippies?

Looks like a few of us are from Missouri that are going in July. Days like today make me wish i lived there!! Too cold. I finally get a 40% off code and it does't apply for the dates we are going. I wish we could stay on property but 18 people makes it so expensive. I love to plan so it's so hard when you have other families going who have not yet made up their minds on how many days, which parks, ect. I wonder if since all of the specials don't include July if it will be a little less packed. I have never been at that time so I am a bit concerned about crowd level.

Don't forget to include the cost of travel to get to the park each day and the cost of parking when you figure your cost. Also have you figured the cost of a value resort. The convienence of being on property is worth paying a little bit more for a little bit less. But since I have no idea of what the off property is going to cost I really can say much. But if you could stay in five rooms at a value resort it would run around 600 dollars a night. OMG that sounds like alot!!!!

Isn't that about -18 F. That would make me want to move south real fast. Please stay warm. We got down to -3 F and our high was a whole 11 F degrees. Well I got to get back to the planning.

Has anyone visited the WDW web site recently? They have changed it and right now at least last night it was not working well at all. I hope they get it fixed before April 09. Lois
