Tinkerbell, yep, we were there. So you got in line around 7? So did we. We had to be near each other! Unfortunately, if you were, you would remember. My DH was saying that if he had a flag, we would we could go up to the front! There was a family behind us that the dad was getting upset with all the tour group kids busting through!

Yes, we were right behind a tour group. We ended up sitting down on the concrete - and I was the one who had trouble getting back up when the crowd started moving. I was afraid I was about to be stampeded!! We ended up sitting near the top of the Scar section, about 3 rows from the top. I had a lime green micky on my blue healthy back bag, but I think it might have been too hard to see. I need to come up with something new for next year!

I swear you guys must have been right in front of us. Were you behind the yellow shirts or the blue ones? There was a family with a ECV or wheelchair or something and a few strollers right in front of us, we were standing next to the wall... It was like a stampede. I think we were in Sebastian, right in front of the handicapped section, first FDP section. That place was a madhouse! I could not believe that it was standing room only at 8pm! Loved all the cheering, a guy in front of us started chanting USA.... Wild times!!!!! Loved the show, though!

I think we were behind the yellow shirts. We were not right in the front - I remember a family with a w/c or ECV passing us because they were told to go up front next to the wall. We were not next to the wall - closer to the rope on the left side. It was crazy. I just remember being very hot that night. We got hot dogs once we got in there for dinner and then just sat for the next hour and a half. I know it was lightening in the distance and I was worried they would cancel the show after we had sat for so long.

I'm baaaack!!!! Got in after midnight last night. We had an awesome trip to WDW!!! We met so many Disers and I have the pics to prove it! I will post them and many many others as soon as I get myself together.

I just put in a load of laundry and Tom is going through our packages that we had shipped home from the Poly before we left for the cruise. I haven't even opened our suitcases yet (the laundry was left over from the days before the wedding) but you better believe we looked at our photopass pictures first thing last night!! We have 108 of them, SOOO many more places than I've ever seen before...but I don't want to go into too much detail about anything yet. That's what trip reports are for!

I have A LOT of catching up to do on this thread and then I'll definitely get those pics of the disers I met up here. It was sooo nice meeting you ALL!

Welcome back Nikki! It was so nice meeting you and Tom at the Poly. Looking forawrd to seeing the pictures. Take your time - reality takes a bit of adjustment. We just got back on Thursday and I am still adjusting!!!!!!

I'm baaaack!!!! Got in after midnight last night. We had an awesome trip to WDW!!! We met so many Disers and I have the pics to prove it! I will post them and many many others as soon as I get myself together.

Welcome home Jenny!! My son saw you and Vinnie one day leaving the WL lobby but I wasn't with him. He said he recognized your pics from here on the Dis. I can't believe we were in the same resort and that was the only sighting!

We got back last night It was a great trip.

We spent the first week at CBR - in the Pirate rooms - which we loved. They have a lot of storage. But, we were in building 39 - farthest away from everything. I think it would have been rough if we did not have the car. Also, DD saw a snake just outside the room one evening after a rain storm - that was pretty freaky.

I so wish we were still there. Reality is no fun!!!

We saw a snake at CBR, too -- it was small, but still...freaky!! I'm glad you had a good trip!

Just giving an update as we are in the World right now. Weather is manageable. The mornings (we do EMH am) are good but by 1:00 it is hot. Strong rain and thunderstorms have rolled in every day about 5:00 and last quite a while. One day, the boats at the S/D had to stop running for a good while due to torrential rains. We missed out ADR at Bistro de Paris that night...couldn't get to Epcot.

We haven't seen any Brazilian groups so far. We have had pretty much walk ons on all the attractions we planned for the mornings until noon. Then we head back to our resort.

Welcome home, Nikki!! I'm still working on unpacking and trying to get our PhotoPass pictures all edited and done...I don't know how many we have but the site has been SO slow!

I'm just making mine up as I go!!

I'm using photobucket.com to upload pictures (everyone likes photos!), and the best TRs I've read always seem to be funny & well-written, so i'm trying my best although it's been a long time since i did any creative writing.. there's not much need for it, working in accounting hehe.

Exhausted and all I can think about is a relaxing bath and my bed hehehe

I'll post a link to my TR in my PTR if anyone is interested.

I will also post a pic of Tinkerbell60 and I. And will have to wait for princess 2 be and nikki to post our pic since I didn't take one with the camera.

We had a great 2 weeks. But the last week was hot. And we rarely did any park hopping in the afternoon or at night. We enjoyed movie nights and reading nights hehe

I just asked him for details: he thinks it was Wed. the 22nd and says you and Vinnie were walking over the bridge just past the pool bar going towards the boat dock. Does that sound familier or is he way off on this?

What happened??? Hope there were no problems. I don't like how you said in your TR that you "saw the other side of disney." That doesn't sound good!!!

Our cruise just solidified how much we are truly "park people" and we had nothing but fantastic experiences during our time in the parks.



Still haven't read through all the pages and pages I missed on this thread but I promise to get to it tomorrow and hopefully start my TR. I REALLY want to work on my photopass cd and book first though!! If nothing else, I will post the pics of the disers I met!

If it was around 4:00 it was us! We were heading to 1900 park fare! He totally should have came over to us!
