**Official Frozen Sing-Along, Oaken's, Holiday Premium Package Tips, updated 1/5/15

I just booked a FP for the sing-a-long but what does it mean? Does it give you priority seating (as opposed to getting the regular tickets)?

I assume it is like the other fp+ shows. Guarantees your time and entry to the show. That way you dont have to be at HS early to get a return show ticket.

Just so I'm clear.....can you book a FP in September only? Is it still paper tickets for the rest of August?

Maybe this is old news but didn't see it posted yet...just grabbed a FP+ for the sing-along for 9/2!!!! Does not seem to be avail for 8/23 so maybe this is starting after Labor Day? On the fence about package now. We'll see.
Ahh, thank you! I guess my suspicion that they were getting rid of the return time tickets was correct. Now I just have to try to snag some for 9/25!

ETA: Got them! Thank you so much for the heads up. This actually works out perfectly for us, since we're planning to stay at MK for MSEP/Wishes the night before, I was worried about having to get to DHS early the next day. Now we can sleep in a bit if we want to and just get there in time for the Processional. :thumbsup2

I looked, and it's not available as a FP+ during our trip the last week of August, so I assume this is a change that's coming at the same time as the change to the singalong times.

jaz0308,

How was the view of the processional from the inside? Did you kids still get a good view of Anna, Elsa and Kistoff?

Just wanted to add my experience... We were there with premium package on 8/12. We were running late and arrived a few minutes after opening. I would say around 9:10. All the crowds were through as I assume they opened the gates early. After entering I realized that we had not grabbed our Olaf fans so we stopped to look around i noticed 2 CMs standing at the end of the sidewalk wearing button down shirts. They just kinda stood out to me. I walked over to ask them about fans and BINGO they were assigning kids to walk in the processional! I accidentally came across what I had hoped for (must have been my Disney intuition! Lol!) Anyway DD and DS were put on a list to return at 10:30 to walk in processional. We had 9:30 dis jr FP (my kids love that show) and headed over right after that. Meanwhile we had the premium package so I sent DH over to grab some drinks snacks and our sing a long tickets. He arrived there about 10:30 and they only had tickets for 3:30 or 7:00. So if you have premium package definitely get there early if you need a certain return time! 7:00 worked off us since we were leaving and returning for dessert party. Walking in the processional was ultra cool and we had a front row view of stage show! I was concerned about dessert part hand DD4 with peanut/tree nut allergies. I brought a bag if goodies for her just I'm case but they weren't needed! She had plenty to snack on! Party was lots of fun with the iceman/DJ really upping the energy! Oh and the singalong was SO fun! I'm sad to say my kids lost stamina so we missed the fireworks but all in all we had an awesome day!

Anyway just wanted to share in case the info helps anyone!

Sing-Alongs are added to the schedule in the mornings beginning September 2nd which coincides with the FP availability! :)

OK, I downloaded the Aurasma app and ran it over the park guide cover they have posted online...and frankly expected nothing to happen, but that's pretty cool, actually. I think I'm going to incorporate it (somehow) into unveiling the surprise trip to the kids.

Anyway, the app prompted me to make an account...is there any reason I need one? When I take an actual picture of something, can I just save it to my phone's gallery?

No need to make an account for casual use. I had a school teacher in line explain to me all the cool things she does with Aurasma for her classroom. That would need an account.

Whoa!! Thank you for the heads up! Yes, indeed! It does not work for August. Trying October as I type.

I just checked and it is available on 9/26 too. It is a tier 2 fp+

Yep!

Thanks for posting this!! I just went and booked a FP!!

Congratulations!

If it works like SWW, it just guarantees you a seat. For example, if you look through old SWW posts, you'll see lots of standby got in and got better seats than the FP+ people, but they had to wait long times to get in. Now if they go to FP+ only and no standby or standby tickets that would be different entirely.

Yes.

Yes, and yes.

Thank you!! I love how friendly and helpful everyone is on this thread!! :goodvibes

Here's something interesting. The FP+ I had scheduled for Aug 31 and Sept 1 for AI were changed to Indiana Jones Stunt show due to a change in the operating schedule.

So looks like maybe we'll be seeing it (the singalong) in AI? or just coincidence?

That makes sense since AI is closing right? Perfect place for the frozen sing a long if it happens : ) I can't figure out why they would even temporarily put AI at the stunt show though? Hummmm might be a mistake ... And the mystery of what will happen next to the frozen events after Sept. continues : )

Does AI have a set closing date? (I thought I read it was ending, but maybe I'm mistaken.)

Is the AI theater much smaller than where Frozen is currently? Wonder if they are adding more show times because its moving to a smaller space.

Never a dull moment planning a Disney trip!

They aren't putting AI in the stunt show. My FP+ was changed from AI to Indy on both days. Sorry for the confusion.

And yes!! AI is closing soon. But it looks like it may be sooner than I thought, if my assumptions are correct.

I just snagged a sing along pass for 12:10 on Sunday. We arrive in Orlando on Saturday, we are staying at the Hyatt MCO, and take the Disney Express to Animal Kingdom Kidani Sunday morning, and then using the AKL transportation to Hollywood Studios, how long will all of this travel take?

What time should we leave the Hyatt to get to AKL and Hollywood Studios by 12:00?

Can we go from they airport directly to Hollywood Studios to save time and have our bags go to the hotel without us?
