I'll be signing up for the fish extender gift exchange for PCC 4.0. Although I'm an avid listener of the podcasts, I don't get out to the boards very much and, even then, I'm more of a lurker than a poster. I'll need to make a few more posts before I can send my PM to get on the official list.

I think Scott needs to decide this, as he is the list owner for PCC4.0.
But, If I could suggest- perhaps Oct 1st? That should give everyone enough time to order/gather supplies and get things done in time.

I would prefer list organizer to owner. That being said, I would have suggested the cut off date as the paid in full date, but if everyone is onboard with Oct 1st then that will be the cut off date.

In our past cruises we've allowed late additions to the list with the understanding that they might not be included in everyone's distributions. This allows for late bookers to participate in this group activity.
