We had amazing Disney Magic!

I phoned the Walt Disney Travel Company before we left to tell them how important the trip was to my girls and how they both had told me they needed it. We had a horrendous event happen in our lives that the girls are bearing up through amazingly well.

When we arrived we had a large bag waiting for us. It had an autographed picture frame, by the fab 5; 2 autograph books and pens and a letter inviting us to VIP seating for the Soundsational parade. We were also upgraded to a view room at the Paradise pier Hotel.

When we were at the parade the cast member asked us if we like to have VIP seating for PTN and the fireworks. We got to sit front row for both parades the fireworks were canceled because of wind but we got to see the preshow on the castle and Main Street.

It was an amazing experience and I cried so hard!

I love it when Disney spreads Pixie dust on those who need it, when they need it.

We have flights, hotel, DLR tickets we'll probably upgrade to AP's & plan to use Uber from the airport. Excited is putting it mildly. This will be a whirlwind week.

That sounds like such a fun celebration!! Hope you guys have a ton of fun! Sounds like it won't be the last trip this year if you're planning to upgrade to AP's, so make sure to slow down and enjoy the parks with your newly legal family without worrying that you'll miss something. Maybe plan a nice slow meal at Blue Bayou or Cafe Orleans for your arrival day, so you can commemorate the occasion formally and implore everyone to relax and enjoy!

Which hotel did you pick? I kind of love the saturation of hotels around DLR, we haven't stayed at the same one twice yet!

We're at best western Stovall's. BWPPI is full and it's our go to.

This will be a slow trip! We took a baby in summer 2014. But we had several adults. This time we'll have a toddler & baby with just 3 adults. It's a trip for the little one so definitely child paced!

We have a carnation cafe for our first day. Minnie character breakfast later that week.

I hope we get to return next fall.

We just decided 5 minutes ago, "Wth?! Let's just go one more time before this baby is born!" so we'll be at the GCH from 2/21 - 2/26. Our APs expire in May (this has been our first year ever having APs and we've gone 3 times) and our 3rd baby girl is due May 21st. I've been to DL pregnant twice before at 6 weeks and 22 weeks, but never this pregnant (I'll be 27 weeks). We always stay at DH (we LOVE it), although we've stayed at GCH during 1 of the Dapper Days we've attended. We're figuring that since the pools at DH are down and I really ought to be walking as little as possible, it might be time to hit up GCH again. Our last visit was during Christmastime, so it'll be odd seeing all the overlays down, but those crowds were nuts so we're looking forward to a slightly calmer pace. We're doing club level because we find it remarkably convenient with our little ones. We have a 5 and 3 year old and they're always hungry the moment they wake up in the morning, the moment they wake up from naps, and it's so handy to just grab a handful of snacks to dole out in lines - not to mention, this pregnant mama will be on the hunt for constant snacks for herself. Speaking of food, I guess it's time to start making dining reservations...

Count me out this month. My poor grandmother got sick and nearly died, so I'm headed back to Tennessee to visit with her instead of Disneyland right now.

Going for my birthday on the 27th! We're leaving on Thursday, the 25th, and will stay through the weekend. Really hoping to accomplish more after a very crowded New Years weekend allowed us to do like 10 rides.

Whoo hoo! We made it to the Hotel Menage (picked it because of their 24 hour pool!) And it doesn't look nearly as bad as some of the reviews said!

Heading to DLR in a few! First order of business: Hyperspace Mountain Fastpasses followed by a Mickey Mouse pancake!

Definitely best to wait on the pancakes after hyperspace.

Hey.. I love Nor Cal, but we have no Disneyland here. Walt Disney Family Museum yes, but unless POTC is built there, well it ain't there. Lol

Well, turns out I was too late already for my pancake! Had to make due with fried chicken at the Plaza, and I was not disappointed! Yum! It was my first time trying it, and it's now on my must do list!

We just got back this morning. We had a great time! It was much more crowded than I hoped for. It seemed more crowded than WDW in summer. We did have a GREAT time!

3 more sleeps and half a day to go. I know almost everyone else has had their February trip, but I'm still excited for mine. Especially to try the tea
