we normally eat a big breakfast, like buffet somewhere. then in the afternoon we munch on granola bars, apples, fruit snacks, chex mix, or something we keep in our little backpacks so we dont get hungry and then we eat dinner.
it just helps because it's normally summer when we go and you feel sick if you eat in the heat of the day.
