The Contemporary Bakery supplies the cakes for Magic Kingdom.

Can the mini two tiered cakes(wedding cakes) that I've seen pictured be personalized on a "mini" scale? I'm wondering if I can get one themed Snow White for my daughters Bday while we are there in June. I really don't want a photo placed on it but something 3D. If so, where would this be available and who would I contact?

You'd need to speak to the pastry chef at the resort where you're dining (or the Contemporary if you want it for the MK). The resorts that offer mini cakes are: Grand Floridian, Polynesian (by calling GF and having it delivered), Contemporary, BoardWalk Inn, and Wilderness Lodge/Ft. Wilderness (by calling the Contemporary and having it delivered).

Also, I saw that the Snow White white chocolate figures are available, can you just purchase them without purchasing a cake? Again, where would I do this?

Yes. Most of the Deluxe resorts offer these for delivery by Private Dining, but the selection of characters varies by resort so, again, you need to call. The Cake Hotline should be able to hook you up.

You need to call contemporary to deliver I believe.

Just one. The cake in the treasure chest is really small.

The "cake" in the treasure chest is about the size of two cupcake put side by side. The cake is sitting on a cardboard insert so it is about half as deep as the treasure chest.

You can purchase one of the same $21 "podium cakes" you'd find at all the restaurants. They may be able to write a name on the plate, but they won't decorate it beyond the standard decorations already on it (frosting flowers, or sometimes a white chocolate disk with a screen print). Also, last time I tried to buy one from Main Street Bakery, they said I would have to come back for it later because it needed to defrost. Supposedly the podium cakes are never frozen, though, so maybe they just meant it needed to sit out of the fridge for a while...

It's very possible, I haven't seen one posted recently... did you ask them if they could quote out a similar style cake for you?

Yes and they said they weren't sure at the time they could do anything similar at the time.

Has anyone ordered a Prince Charming Cake? I was thinking of ordering a cake for my DH & having them write "For My Prince Charming". But I'm not sure what kind of cake top would go well with that. Just something small & chocolate (cake & icing). Any suggestions or pictures? Thanks

The cake is beautiful. I am looking for something similar for DD 5th Bday at CRT. Did you supply the princess figures or did you tell Brian which princesses you wanted on the cake and he did the rest? Thanks.

Did you call the cake hotline? (407-827-2253) Or Private Dining? If you haven't already, call the cake line, they would be able to put you in touch with someone who might be able to recreate the cake. Hope that helps!

I want a 8" cake to have a character on it. But how do I specify the request? If you say you "want a character on the cake", will they just have an edible image of it? Do you have to specify if you want those thin white chocolate printed characters on your cake?
