My family is going the first week of December! We just decided yesterday. We are taking my 16 month old. Can anyone recommend a blog/ website that states distances of Disneyland from the hotels? Trying to find something close. Thanks!

I found this post on another board and thought it was great information. It has the walking distance from many of the on and offsite hotels to the gates. I hope you find it as helpful as I did.

next on the list -- ordering a cake to get delivered to BB for DSs 5th b-day dinner

our trip in less than a month away!

Had some airline credit from when we planned to go to Cali in April this year. Decided we'd put it towards an April trip for this coming year. Turns out we have to use the credit before March 1st. So we booked an impromptu trip from 12/3-12/6. Arriving late evening on 12/3, sightseeing on 12/4, Disneyland on 12/5, then back home. We're super excited! Staying with a good friend.

Just got the good news from the doctor -- DW achilles is not as severe as we feared, and she should be good to go! We will be at the ParkVue and in the parks Dec 8th-12th for our first ever holiday visit!

Melgar - looks like we're neighbors! Where in Southern Oregon?

I'm glad her injury isn't severe. We went on those dates a couple of years ago and had a great time. The crowds were totally manageable.

Such a small world - I live in Rogue River, and was there in February as well. This is the only time I've gone twice in the same year

We're at the BWPPI December 9-13, in the parks the 9-11, hoping for manageable crowds! Our 2yo turns 3 on the 13, and DS will have just turned 7mo. If you see us say hi! By the way, fellow Orgonians, it's currently icing here, just south of Portland!

That's a great time to go. We really wanted to go on those dates this year, but DD's college classes don't end until the 12th this year.

I heard about your icy situation up there. In the southern part of the state, we've got rain and near freezing temps. Guess we dodged the storm this time around!
