Lol don't worry.. I enjoy making the list and keeping it up to date.. I find it really interesting how we all plan our dining, and the huge range of restaurants we pick!

12/13 Wishes Dessert Party at 7:15pm (woot!)


Also...been wondering if any of the Dec. 14 MVMCP people might want to try a meet? There are several of us there that night. I haven't been so I dont' know if the party is conducive to trying to meet briefly and say hi in person or not.

Edited to add - We are staying at the Hilton Grand Vacations Club's Park Soleil Property.

Sorry to hear about your mom.
We stayed at Parc Soleil for 3 nights in April, it was really nice. My kids loved the bathtub that filled from the ceiling!

We have a Akershus lunch on Dec. 10 that I'm considering cancelling. I was able to get a Chef Mickey reservation since I made this one, so I wonder if 4 character meals in one trip is too much (We don't do the dining plan). I also am starting to second guess how much fun my DS 6 would have with princesses.

Hi Jen, welcome to the December thread. I'm sorry about your loss, I lost my mom in Aug 2008, just before our big December trip with the whole family so I know how you feel. Last year we decided to be at Disney over Christmas week and it was so much fun.

But, I do have to say that since you are staying off property, you really need to be at the MK at opening, if you want to get in. An 8:30 ressie at a resort restaurant might be pushing it. I understand the park closed mid morning. Park opening is scheduled for 8a to 9a EMH, but last year it was pushed back to 7a and the rain held off some of the crowd.

Dh and I are also doing the Dessert Party on 12/25

does osborne lights at DHS run every night? and what time do they go on? we have a 745p ADR @ whispering canyon and I wanted to make sure we saw the lights! input anyone?
