So glad to have found this board (and the thread). We going December 1-6 to see the Holiday decorations and attend Mousetacular! Probably the first time I wished the summer and fall away. Can't wait for December!!

We will be there Dec2-6 for all the Mousetacular events! I will be registering on their site this week!

Very cool! It will be just my husband and myself. We bookeed tier 2 I think. Give us a wave if you see us =)

I'm taking my wife and two daughters. Splurged for the Tier 1 seats since we aren't doing the dining plan. One of the downfalls of doing a split stay. Look for 4 blonde people, with one who grew taller than his hair. (I'm not going bald, I was only supposed to be 6 feet tall instead of 6 feet 1/2 inch.)

The Fantasmic cocktail party and special viewing looks fun and we also want to do the AK breakfast event! Checking to see if my grandchildren want to attend the pirate event as well.

yayyy! finalized our ADRs. is it awful that the DxDining just isn't enough? now i have to decide which table services to pay out of pocket for. we already know we're paying for SoA .. we wanted category 1 seating.

This is my first try at posting, so I will see if I do it right! Me and my DH and DD (6) are excited to be coming to Disney this year Dec 18-23!!! We love disney, our first time coming at Christmas! We have the following ADRs:

Dec 18th: Spirit of Aloha - 8PM
Dec 19th: Tusker House - 11:05AM, MVMCP!!!
Dec 20th: Nine Dragons - currently 5PM but will move for CP package when I can
Dec 21st: Crystal Palace - 11:30AM
Dec 22nd: Mama Melrose - 3:55 PM fantasmic package

Hi Everyone

We are planning our first family trip to WDW, the hubby and kids have never been there and the last time I was it was 1989, and I can barely recall anything.

We just bought into the DVC and will be staying at BLT for 7 nights and Kidani Village for 3 nights. Dec 3-13th

Anyone coming from the west coast we just got a great deal with Alaska Airlines for $274.80 round trip plus luggage fees.

We are so overwhelmed with everything. Where to eat, where to go? Ok I really want to attend the candle light procession and Mickeys Christmas party, are they both worth it what happens is everything open in the park during the time?

What else should we see or do?

Our next trip will be Oct 2011, we are buying a annual pass for this visit.

Most important thing is I need is a place with pepperoni pizza, my oldest has autism and this is his one staple. As for everyone else we need a place that has mickey waffles?

Can we take snacks and water bottles into the parks?

wow, that is so cool! we just bought at BLT in January! and can't wait to go back. we are buying annual passes too because we also plan to go back in October of next year!!! It will be our first time doing APs (and TIW). can't wait! be sure and check out all the decor at the resorts- Wilderness Lodge is one of my faves and where we stayed last December- just gorgeous! Boardwalk, Beach Club, Poly, GF all have great decorations worth seeing. We enjoy MVMCP simply due to the extra hours in the park. the only downside to early december is that they have shorter park hours and with us taking a midday break for our little one, it makes it hard to get in enough park time, so MVMCP is a chance for that. We love the christmas parade and overall atmosphere, plus the free snacks. have a great time- maybe we will see you at BLT!!

Hello everyone... we will be visiting at Christmas time for the first time. We usually go in April or the summer, but I have always wanted to see Christmas decorations and while we are there, we also get to attend the MVMCP

We just bought into DVC at AKL so we are super excited to be staying on points. We will be there from Dec 10-14.

So does anyone know if this mousetacular stuff/site is legit? has anyone done business with them before? looks like some cool events- sounds like maybe they just purchased 'group space'/group event time and are selling off tickets for it?

Have you been to the Biergarten lately? FOr many years it was a "Don't miss" for us but they ruined it for us when they went to the buffet thing.. Hoping they go back...

We went in July 2008. It was fun. We never went before that..the younger children that will be with us on this trip.. love it there! So Im going with the flow.. LoL. thanks for the input!

Ok all, just got off the phone with a very helpful CM after making a change to my room ressie. I asked about the speakers for CP and when they would be announced. She said end of July, which seems to be the consensus, but she also told me who is confirmed, but couldn't tell me the dates:
