I would LOVE to surprise my kiddos. But I can't keep it in. Probably next time I will though. THey aren't even in school yet. NExt time we go they will be Im sure. Would like to pick them up at school that Thurs (as we drive to Portland Maine Friday then fly out Sat) in a limo. That would be awesome! Right now, they wouldn't completely get how awesome it trully is to go. They are excited, but wait until the see it all! I CANT WAIT!

I have been lurking on a few threads and reading pretrip reports and trip reports. You all are very creative and ambitious with your Disney travels. I am just beginning. I didn't know about all of this before our other trips. I went out tonight to Home Depot to visit the paint aisle. My kids and I took our share of all colors of Mickey heads. I still need a few more so I can start a countdown. Will have to make another trip.

My next stop will be on the Creative board to pick out pictures for shirts.

BTW, we are staying off property at our timeshare. Are we still allowed to participate in all things DISboards?

My family and I are also staying off Disney at our timeshare. Where will you be staying?

This time is Orange Lake. We own at Vacation Village at Parkway where we stayed in 2005. I would love to stay onsite but can't see spending the money when we already have a place. Someday, I am going to squeeze in an extra night at a Disney hotel and get all the special stuff.

Where are you staying?

We are at the Sheraton Vistana. That's our home base for our timeshare, and we've been staying there every year since 2001. Eventually, my parents have plans to buy into the Disney Vacation Club so we have the option of staying on-site as well, but I think that's a few years away yet.
