I am now stressing because I am going to have to do any Xmas shopping before we go. We will be the family with the poor dad hauling the stuff in the Red Sox backpack. We called him sherpa boy on the last trip. He's not so excited as I am.

Just finished mine here!!! Woohoo!! Planning on wrappnig next week, it takes a lot of planning when you have a December trip!!! But it will be SO worth it!!

Do people usually get travel insurance for December? We don't usually travel at this time of year? TIA

We did...but with three small kids we figured if we didn't they would be really sick and we'd have to cancel, we're hoping since we bought it will guarantee we'll be there!!!!!

My biggest concern is a snowstorm. Who did you buy the insurance through? Everyone in my family had flu shots to ward off the evil spirits. Although we have been sick with colds off and on since my youngest started kindergarten.

We bought ours through Disney when we booked our trip, it was just added to my package price. I hear you...just got my shot today and the kids were done weeks ago.....keeping fingers and toes crossed that no one gets sick or we have NO snowstorm here in MA!! Btw, think we're the only one on this board today...lol!!

I know that I am more excited that my DH and my kids. This vacation to see WDW at Christmas was all for me. My DH is just happy to be going anywhere on vacation. The kids are excited but I think since I did the planning I am the most excited since that is ALL I think about. So much to do!

We started the Christmas shopping and I am hoping to be finished the day after Thanksgiving. Yes, we are those people in line at 4am or before waiting for the big sales. I need to start wrapping what I have next week while the kids are at school.

Have daughters and mom's bday party today. I don't think I can face more wrapping or shopping in the near future. Aargh.

our road trip to WDW starts in 34 days and we got our travel docs in the mail today. i guess since we aren't using ME they sent us the package docs and luggage tags altogether.

Speaking of being sick, every time I fly I get a sinus infection and bronchitis. This Friday I have an appointment with my Rheumatologist and I hope he will give me a prescription for an antibiotic to help keep it from happening. I don't want to also have to schedule an appointment with my general physician because time is really tight these next few weeks. Next weekend is our Reception, then the next week I have to spend 2 days out of town, then Thanksgiving, etc. I'm still trying to squeeze in 40 hours each week even with time off since this will be my last pay check before our trip.

When we booked the flights I wasn't even thinking about me getting sick. I hope and pray he will give me the antibiotic.

Last week I had to run to Wal-Mart to pick up some lunch stuff and decided to stop by the clothing section. They had women's shorts for only $3. I bought 4 pair for the trip - sure hope it is nice enough weather to wear them.

I just started my Disney shopping list!!! If you go to LP live at LaughingPlace.com you can see the throw that they are selling, for $15 with a $40 purchase. It is fleece with a picture of the Holiday castle. I can't wait to get one. Four weeks from right now...I hope I am making my first purchase!!! And then going to Ghiradelli's for something chocolately!!!

And I am the most excited in my house, no contest!!! But in my defense, DS will turn 3 next month, so he really has no idea what he is in for!!!!

Oh, and the fleece blanket is adorable!!!! I can't wait to buy one!!!!

My hubby thinks I'm nuts cause I'm always posting on here. But if I didn't, I'd be sitting on the couch twiddling my thumbs and probably looking very much like a child with ADD.
