We paid off last week!

Now I can start worring about what to pack, florida weather in Dec, an early Chicago snow storm that delays our flight and so on...

We're going to the MVMCP on Dec. 4th! It'll be our first time attending also. Maybe we'll see ya there!!

Hi Dana!!

No, it will be our very first time at a MVMCP and being at Disney in December AND it's only our 2nd trip ever. Our 1st trip was in May 2005. TOO hot for us. Virginia heat is different than Florida heat. We kind of discovered Disney late in life. We all love Christmas decorations but my daughter absolutely adores them. I'm looking more forward to the the look on her face when she sees it all than anything anything. I've let her watch some videos we found on Youtube and it truly makes me smile to listen to all of her 'woohoos', 'yaysssssssss' and the clapping. If she's that excited watching it on the computer, I can only imagine how excited she'll be when she sees it live. My mom's coming with us and it will be her first trip there. She LOVES window shopping especially crystal and blown glass and there are shops at Disney like that so she'll be happy too.

We're eating an early lunch (11:30) at the Plaza Restaurant (MK) that day and then returning to FW to pick up our golf cart and going back to the cabin for a nap before returning around 3:30 since it's going to be such a late evening. Being that it's our first MVMCP, I'd like to stay as late as we can.

I can imagine you are super excited! I would be too. I can't think of a better place to spend your birthday. I hope you have a great time there and make lots of wonderful memories!

Oh no do not even think of snow. We will be connecting in ORD on our way to WDW on Dec 11. It will be a beautiful sunny day!!!! And we will have nice warm weather while in WDW!!!!

Only 2 months, 3 weeks and 3 days left!! AWhooHOO!! Since we just received a pin for free dining we just changed our dates to Dec. 11- 17!! We're staying at the Fort Wilderness Cabins. I've never stayed on-site before, so I'm so excited! We're also going to MVMCP 12/16. We also booked 2 of the holiday carriage rides from WL.
I wish December would hurry up and get here!

Will be arriving a day before our vacation officially starts, so we can do MVMCP on the 19th of December...

YAY 78 Days!! I can't wait!! We have everything booked, our ADR's our MVMCP tickets came in the mail and we are all paid up! Now I just need to plan out what we are going to pack. The weather difference will be weird for us, I will have to pull some pants and jackets out of storage! This will be my DH and My first trip to the World and since we are going solo we are hoping to get a little more done than when we travel with our nephews. So here are some questions I still have.
Is the World hilly or flat?
How long does it usually take for DME to get your bags to your hotel? We land at 9 in the morning and are hoping to get straight to the parks.
Is the MVMCP more crowded than any other time at the park or is it quieter?
How annoying are the Pop Warner Kids? We are staying at POFQ and are worried about dealing with them.

Ok, I dont even know how many days. I was counting down and now we are going a week later and Im all confused. My ticker below is counting down days

LOL To the pp from Hawaii. Im the opposite. I assume we will have a cpl feet of snow by then. We will have to leave our winter boots and jackets behind! No complaints here!! It will be strange though!

<--- me doing my happy dance. Can't wait to go!!! We get to do a 7 hour road trip to get to the airport we are flying out of too. Which, with us, is a great thing! We and the kids love road trips!! (as long as weather treats us weel) AND we are waiting to hear from the dealership to see if they got our 2008 Dodge Charger in. Trading in our 2002 Dodge Caravan! WOOT!!! WOOHOO!!!!

We are also going 12/11 - 12/17 !!!!!!!!!! But my triple A agent said we could not use free dining

How/where did you get a pin for free dining? I haven't been on the boards this week because our Internet was down so sorry if this is common knowledge.

Disney Rewards Visa issued a code-QXZ for free dining. Not sure what your dates are... ours are Dec. 17-22. I switched from a studio at the VWL to a standard courtyard room at the WL so I could apply the code. Saved over $600 for our family of 3.

Hello my fellow WDW December tripsters...

I think I am losing my mind! I swear I have seen on the DisBoard a thread about sharing Wishes Cruises. I know there is a thread for sharing Illuminations Cruises but I can't find that darn Wishes one!
