Official Dancing With the Stars: Spring 2015

I know Rumer danced to Adele's song 2 weeks ago, but I just re-watched her dance from tonight 'Ur-Rue-sella" as they are calling it~and Rumer has " IT". Finale for sure, if not the WIN!

Not sorry to see Suzanne go, think it will be Chris next week. After she caught her heel she kinda just stood there before she started to dance again. I loved Rumer and Val, second favorite was Riker, he should dye his hair dark. I also loved Mark and Willow, such imagination! I was surprised that Robert & Kim didn't get higher scores, yes he made mistakes but it was so much fun to watch.

Can I say that Carrie Ann is really getting on my nerves. It's like she is bouncing off the walls and some of what she says makes no sense at all.

Chris: He wasn't as nasty as others thought he was. Yes, he was snippy and whiny but not really horrible IMO. I also thought his dance was OK.

Noah: I'm glad to see that the judges are finally asking for some more content.

Riker: O-M-G! He was fantastic! I was hooting and hollering through the whole thing. Awesome!

Rumer: Was Val Flotsam or Jetsam? Loved her purple color. Love Ursula, loved the dance!

Nastia: Of course she gets "Frozen" *sigh* but I didn't like it AT ALL. It was frenetic and disjointed. It was overscored.

Suzanne's gone. She was ready to go so that's OK with me.

I thought Riker's dance was amazing. He should have gotten all Mickey tens. Rumer was good and I liked Willow too. Nastia was overscored but I think that was the most personality she's shown the whole competition. .

I re-watched too but I still think he was a jerk and I know, editing and all that , but you can tell Witney isn't connecting with him much at all. I think she had a better time with Drew Carey! Nastia and Derek are just annoying. Obviously she was told to show personality, scripted to remind us her childhood was not the norm yadda yadda~over it.

I wish Mark and Derek would be partnered with the "old ones" once in a while. Instead of one of the "favorites" for winner. I can't even bring my self to vote for either of them anymore.

Love LOVE mark & willow. Mark is just amazing. And Allison & Riker...was not a fan of Allison last season but these 2 are great together.

I don't like that there are so many dance numbers with extra dancers in them. I think it is distracting for me and the judges. Loved Rikers dance and I agree he should have gotten all 10's. I haven't liked Mark and Willows dances the last 2 weeks. They seem to frantic to me. I have to give them credit as I haven't seen the shimmy that Mark is famous for. Derek and Nastias dance was not really a dance but a bunch of lifts as someone else said. Love the connection between Kim and Robert. He is having such a good time that you have to smile when he is dancing even if he messes up. Chris can go home next week as he was just rude and nasty. It would be great if Derek got an older woman next time but I don't think that will ever happen.

As an older woman who has always loved to dance, I would be horrified to be given Derek, Val, Mark. Give me one of the sweet, patient ones that will coddle me, please. Like Artem, I could be his Treasure.

Lots of talk (not here) about lack of bounce and Samba character in Rumer's dance, but I think that's the way Val choreographed it. He wasn't bouncing either, and the music just wasn't bouncy.

I just love everything about Disney night. The opening number was gorgeous.

Mark has gotten a few clunkers as well.. that's when he starts bringing out the tricks to pull focus from the bad dancing, or he choreographs so that she doesn't move much and he showboats. Derek has always gotten someone who can dance. However, Derek really is a fantastic choreographer, so he might have gotten bad dancers and has been able to transform them.

I still want Rumer and Val to win.. I really enjoy watching her.

And Derek did have Rikki Lake one year and they made it to the Final 3, in which she placed third.

And then there was Amber Riley. Tons of charisma and performance quality, but in so much pain from her knees she could barely walk. I think Derek is just really good at his job.

not sure if I am looking forward to those. I wonder how that is working with Derek/Nastia situation? I actually hope Chris and Nastia are on the same team, and Rumer and Robert are on the other. Anyone know the theme for it?
