I think they should just have Cloris dance for the entertainment value, and to show a woman in her 70's can still dance, but not have her in the competition.

IMO ...I thought Cloris put more in it and tried harder tham Kim...just at the end Cloris was tired...Cloris does need to work on her interview skills an save here wit for the exerpts....lol

I didn't care for Julianne's long front panel on her dress. it looked like a towel hanging down. Of course, she looks fabulous no matter what she's wearing.

hi all! i love DWtS...i used to dance, though not ballroom (well, i did for a play in high school...but that was kind of a disaster, so, moving on!). i am obsessed with it though and watch professional ballroom dancing all the time (yay PBS!).

anyhow:

I HATE KIM KARDASHIAN. seriously. Can we start voting on who we want to go instead of who we want to stay? i love me some Mark Ballas, but that girl is aallll wrong for dancing.

Warren Sapp is so freakin cute, and so is Cody. i'm glad they're good; they have the right attitude to be on the show too. Serious, but funny.

I LOVE LACEY AND LANCE!! i was a huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuugeeeeeeeeeeeee Lance fan when i was a kid; like, i ran my own fan website about him (Luv-4-Lance...i'm not kidding). i have a Lance bobblehead. And a necklace with his name on it. NSYNC is awesome. And i just lovelovelove Lacey, and have since SYTYCD. i'm so glad she's on TV again!
i was really annoyed with Len's comments, because THEY DID A PASO DOBLE! All of the elements were there, and the movements were very sharp and passionate. If that dance had been done to different music and with different costumes, Len would have loved it. It's kind of aggravating to see that he can't judge it without any old person bias. (And for the record, I HATE THAT SONG.)

i love me some Cloris too, but that schtick will get old soon.

Some of the other dancers did not do a very good job - shoddy arm movements, not enough extension in the legs, etc., and still recieved good feedback from the judges. i'm really starting to wonder how much the judge's personal bias affects their scoring. Not cool.

maybe she is just out of her party girl element and use to getting by on her looks IDK ... even in her interveiw part ... she doesnt seem as excited as the other to be there.

I agree...I don't get the feeling that she really wants to be there. I really think Cloris should go home, followed by Kim.

My votes are all for Brooke! I thought she was great again last night!

I wish we could vote for Kim to leave. If I have to watch her partner carry one more dance for her, I might die of boredom!

I don't think I am watching the same show as the judges sometimes.

I Loved Lance and Lacey's Paso. I was under the impression that the producers pick the songs and that was HYSTERICAL. I was rolling. But it worked and I thought there was plenty of Paso elements in there. And the chapstick at the end.....too funny.

I thought Cody and Julianne's Rumba was the best of the night. Really good. I am not sure why the judges didn't like it more? He moved really well, and I agree with Carrie Ann that it was sexy but innocent....so still age appropriate.

Loved the Matrix theme of Warren's dance. Glad that Bruno picked up on it because I thought it was very clever especially the bullet dodging in slow motion step. Warren is so light on his feet, it is amazing. I also think his video clips are hysterical.

I can't believe I am saying it, but I thought Cloris did a really good job last night for an 82 year old. Again, not sure why the judges didn't reward her for actually trying to do the dances. But they do reward her when she does shenanigans instead

I like Misty May, but I think she looks so weird from the waist up. I think her scores have been generous. I think Brooke is great and Toni is ok, but I just think she is cold to watch. I also think Susan is really improving, but she also is cold to watch, which is surprising since she is a soap actress and should have the drama part down pat.

And finally Kim. I really think she is uncomfortable out there. I kind of feel bad for her. I think Cloris needs to go next and then it is between her and Rocco. They both have a lot of potential, but with a few weeks under their belts they should be improving and I haven't seen much of that yet.

I've just watched the first few dancers - haven't gotten through the whole show yet........

I LOVED Lance and Lacey! And I completely agree with what a pp said about Len and his comments toward them. I think he hates to see anything "modernized". Len needs to get out of the dark ages; I think the edgier twists that are added to these classic dances is what will attract a new and younger audience. As long as the required moves are there, I don't understand why he should have a problem. Hopefully, the viewing audience enjoys them enough to keep them around.

I thought Brooke and Derek were wonderful again. Kim and Mark - Toni Braxton is beautiful but really doesn't do anything memorable for me.

Ok - off to watch the rest of the show........hope Cody and Julianne did well!

I don't like Lacey AT ALL. She's beyond annoying. Not quite on Cloris's level, but just really aggravating.

I agree, I don't like Lacey. I hope that having her for a partner doesn't harm Lance in the long run.

My dumb old DH turned off my DVR last night at 9:00, so I only got to see up to Misty and Maks. He turned on PMSNBC in our bedroom and then rolled over and fell asleep. I was recording DWTS and Heroes since I've been known to fall asleep before Heroes ends and I want to see both.

I hope we see the end of Kim and Cloris before Rocco. I thought he did better last night than he had in the past, but I'm no judge of ballroom dancing. I liked Marc a lot more when he was with other partners. He's really over-compensating for having to dance with a dead fish. Kim didn't even have it when she was trying to emulate a Pussycat Doll.

I agree with everything...scaary huh...lol ... I have really enjoyed lance and Lacey alot...maybe its because they remind me so much of the SYTYCD Style's that I truley Love

Brooke is my Fav, along with Cody is young and is a kid in a candy store....lol ...and Warren was so great last night....

Misty is not looking right to me in a dress....or maybe she needs to wear her hairstyles up.....Im not quite sure...maybe its her intense faces..lol ....but she is working hard and that is what counts.

I think Susan did better than last week and I liked her dress alot better too.

the rest I dont mind if they leave...cause Toni really doesnt do anything for me either ......maybe she needs to cover the midrift area.. that would help.....lol...so she has been getting a vote

I don't like Lacey at all. Her arrogance and inexperience really show through to me. Yes, put your own stamp on the dance. But a truly good choreographer can do that and stay within the true realm of that dance. Don't just add a few Paso steps and then do whatever the heck you please. How is that impressive? She needs to take a page from Maks. He's able to do "edgy" routines that are full of content.

I really tried to give Kim a fair chance, but the girl can't dance. Cloris should definitely go home before her, though. I guess Kim's personality, or lack thereof, is showing through. She's completely vapid and cold (like Bruno said). So in that case, I guess her DWTS performances have been similar to her performance on the infamous home video - or so I've heard.

Toni and Brooke are doing really great. I appreciate the effort that Rocco is putting in and think the judges were kind of harsh with him last night.
