Don't worry. She's off the show now. Next week, the only mention of her by us will be, "Now that Kate's off, we can get back to dancing."

It must depend on what they expect the celeb to bring to the table in ratings and how they negotiated.
I forgot that they would have had to come up with studio time and fly Evan and Anna. Is Evan (I do like him!) skating every week?

Tony had mentioned that he usually spends time home with his child each week, but he spent less time this competition, since he had to go to PA to practice. I wonder if they fly the teaching dancers back and forth. It could get pretty pricey for them, if they have to pay it.

This is a television show that makes BIG BUCKS - isn't it at the top of the ratings now...let me go look...23 million people watched it last week. They are making a lot of money and the production expenses are all part of it.

We had Extreme Home Makeover here and when you see what all they did (set up in the neighborhood, etc) it just makes you realize that these shows are huge productions.

Entertainment Tonight just reported that ABC will NOT air Lane Bryant (company for Plus size women's clothing,) lingerie commercials during DWTS.

ET showed clips of the commercial. One plus size model had natural "girls" the size of Pamela's, but what I saw looked pretty tasteful. It looked like a larger size Victoria's Secret commercial.

Meanwhile, they let Edyta Slutinski wear as little as possible and prance around acting skanky and that's okay , but a well proportioned, plus size model is not? Shame on you ABC!

OMG. I just saw the commercial and believe me, the female dancers wear so much LESS on DWTS. Especially the ones who decided to wear a pinned sheet for the rumba.

I thought Evan's ice skating background looked a little weird in his dance.

Erinn's skirt should have been shorter, all the fabric was too distracting. She did well though.

Is it just me, but I thought that was a very unemotional Argentine Tango. And out of all the dances Cheryl does, that's usually her forte. It was technically correct, but I didn't see any steam or heat or sizzle between the two of them. At the very end, before he put her down, Cheryl gave him a very platonic pat on the back.

Even the judges talked about how Chad improved, but said nothing about it being a steamy performance. Bruno, particularly is usually always mentioning how steamy the dance is. I wonder if they all suspect (or know) Chad has been sexually harassing Cheryl, pawing at her, and are deliberately commenting only on his technique, since Cheryl isn't going there.

Besides looking fantastic, Nicole has talent, confidence, knows how she wants each dance to come out, and is a total professional. I have never seen her in concert but I'll bet they are well though out and very well done.

She should win this contest by a landslide.

She keeps looking down though. Damien needs to stop her.

I thought she was supposed to be Sophia Loren, not Angelina.
