Official Confirmation of Reservation?

Our stay at WDW begins on December 15 - and although the deposit has appeared on our Mastercard statement, we have not yet received written confirmation... unlike previous years, when we received something shortly after booking... should I call CRO? Or have things changed?

You should have received a confirmation letter in the mail.

Yes, this same thing happened to me. I actually called yesterday and they are resending one out. Don't know what happened to the first one.
