Some people are guessing episode 6 (Teri Miller wrote it & Molly Quinn tweeted about it) but I wonder if it's going to happen in the first episode.

I've re-thought it: they will be getting married in November. Kate's birthday is supposed to be Nov. 17, which is a Monday this year. And what better way for Rick to "get her back" for his birthday surprise (AKA the 100th episode) - a surprise wedding. And I thought of the perfect place: the rooftop where they had his book launch party in the first episode.
