"That 70s Show" was a lot of fun. Maybe not the most important episode ever, but certainly one of the funniest. So many funny things in it, I think I laughed for almost the entire hour.
First, Luke Reichle and crew outdid themselves on those costumes. (and I can sadly admit that I owned a similar pantsuit to Beckett's orange one. In my defense, my mom bought it for me. And oh yeah, my brother had a similar suit to Castle's beige number)
So much to love (in no particular order):
Espo & Ryan in their 70's costumes
Espo trying to slide off the car (I think I laughed for 5 minutes straight after that) and the limp after that.
the opening scene with Martha, Rick & Kate. From Martha's "whatever you were doing.." to Rick's 'sleeping" and Kate changing the subject and her really tight grasp on his arm to Martha's over the top flower ideas, another fun wedding planning scene.
Castle's long drawn out gasp when he realized who the victim was.
Harold's very 70's house
Castle's line to Harold "by the power vested in me" & Kate's reaction to it.
Rick banging on the glass - Kate looked like she wanted to hurt him. He still hasn't learned how to get her attention.
And that was an interesting project to keep Martha occupied.
loved the disco scene at the end
and I just knew Gates would be back early.
Also guessed that the wicked wife was the bad guy.
Loved the reveal of the relationship between Vinnie and Harold.
Like I said, a very funny episode. Looks like next week's is also light hearted. Then 2 more to go - and from everything I've read & seen, episode 22 looks very intense!
